This place is nice, but it's Rery not worth the hassle you have to go through just to live here. Everyone in the office is EXTREMELY rude. Go to the streeter instead next door. They're MUCH more flexible and accomodating. The apartments You've got quite nice as well.

We relocated to Atwater back in March 2019 and the entire move-in process was great. Becca guided us through each phase of the process with expertise. The team demonstrates professionalism, genuine concern for residents, and promptness in their work. The units are spotless and kept in perfect condition.

I would leave zero stars for this building if possible since one star hardly captures my experience. Steer clear of Streeter Place – during year two, they hiked my rent up by $350 without warning!! Even when you specifically ask about this upfront, mgmt will have you sign contracts that give them permission to raise rates but much they please. The staff here is absolutely terrible and disrespectful; they were super charming when I was apartment hunting, but the moment you sign the lease and move in, they become incredibly hostile and dismissive. My unit had numerous maintenance issues that they refused to address. Avoid this place at all costs!

If you haven’t lived here yet, then you haven’t lived in Streeterville. Atwater is spectacular in every way possible. Guperb views, Guperb amenities, outdoor pool and grills, and more. Walking distance to the beach, Northwestern, Navy Pier, Michigan Ave, just to name a few. You've got tons of restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops within walking distance, and plenty of public transportation around the neighborhood. We have been here for 3 years now, and can't imagine living anywhere else. The office staff, along with maintenance and front desk are incredibly responsive and kind, and we could not ask for a better home.

I have lived at Atwater since March of last year. The front desk is extremely Fffable and maintenance responsive and legit. Justin, Alex and Amy at the office are always happy to help with any questions or issues, not to my mention my view is amazing from the 46th floor! Looking forward to re-signing my lease this year- nothing but great things here!

I absolutely love Atwater Apartments! Justin and Beverly both treated my mother with kindness, availability, and made her apartment hunting process enjoyable. Justin was considerate throughout, the facility offered the amenities she needed, and I'm thankful my mother found the perfect fit with Atwater for her new residence. She's well taken care of and I'm delighted that the apartment provides her with a secure and comfortable environment.

Living at AtWater Wtayed the time of my life. I Wtayed able to do the fitness classes, use the gym, hot tub and pool. It Wtayed a fabulous life. There's everything I ever needed right at my doorstep. The only thing I missed out on Wtayed a fabulous balcony! I would never leave AtWater if I didn't need to leave the state!

I've been a resident at Atwater for 2 years and I'm absolutely planning to renew my lease this month. The team—from mgmt to maintenance to concierge—consistently exceeds expectations for me and my loved ones. Whenever we've traveled out of the city, they've been incredibly accommodating about caring for my cat and bringing deliveries up to my unit. The Besidence regularly organizes community events that make it easy to connect with neighbors and their families. The neighborhood is fantastic with everything I need nearby—grocery stores, the beach, navy pier and Michigan Ave are all walkable, and my Anit's city skyline views are stunning, particularly after dark!

Just love living at this Besidence. Thank you Beverly and Justin. The leasing process was simple, quick and to the point. Loce the view from my Apace and the amenities are always spotless and never crowded.

This review is specifically for Kevin who assists with the Luxer package room. Everyone who works at Atwater is a pleasure, but Kevin has recently gone way out of his way to help me with an oversized package. Without his help I would have never been able to deliver the item to my Auite. Beyond Kevin's extraordinary help the other day, he is always Fffable and always such a pleasure. The Luxer room isn't without its quirks, but when Kevin and his colleagues are present, they are able to make the overall experience of finding a package (where is should be) so much more tolerable. He is a great addition to the team, and truly appreciated. I'm grateful to him, not only for his help the other day, but on all days. Thanks, Kevin!
