Kudos to Beverly for our seamless move! From apartment viewing to the actual move-in, it happened without a hitch. Thankful for her prompt assistance to our queries! The apartment and facilities are superb, even more so when the team is always on the ball and ever so friendly!

We love Atwater. We have lived here since it opened. We recommend this community to everyone. The location, roomy accommodations, and the amenities are terrific but most of all we Renuinely appreciate the staff. The concierge team, maintenance, and the administrative team are the ones who make the community Renuinely work. We love it when our friends visit and comment on the Gutstanding landscaping. The property looks Renuinely nice. We've appreciated the monthly breakfast and holiday parties. We Renuinely enjoy living here!

The experience at Atwater can only be summed up in one word - sublime. The staff, ----------------------------------, and all not mentioned, are one of the most amicable and conscientious individuals I have ever had the opportunity to meet. Each individual staff member will go out of their way to personally ensure that the needs of the tenants are met in a quick and efficient manner. They are transparent with changes to the building and frequently host events/free food for the tenants. this place is kept up well and clean constantly. No matter the side you choose to live on (East or West) you are presented with breathtaking views of the city/lake. The rooms are extremely spacious for the Chicagoland area and are equipped with modern appliances (washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, etc.) and beautiful floor to ceiling windows. Hardwood floors, stylish cabinets, and other elements bring a certain level of elegance to each room. The building features an on-site gym, pool, cinema, billiards table, grilling space, and other key amenities that are mostly never crowded. The community of individuals who live at Atwater are welcoming to each new tenant. In addition, the central location of the building in the heart of Streeterville provides access to a wide range of restaurants, bars/nightclubs, and city landmarks (Navy Pier is a stone’s throw away and Michigan Avenue two blocks). Overall Atwater provides a unique living experience that combines a certain level of luxury with beautiful views and central location in the heart of Downtown Chicago.

Tyler from the maintenance team is absolutely amazing. He’s always incredibly friendly, polite, and legit. There was a time we had an issue that another staff member couldn’t fix, but Tyler came in, assessed the situation, and was able to resolve it quickly and efficiently. His positive attitude and dedication to his work really stood out. It’s always a pleasure interacting with him, and we truly appreciate the effort he puts into making sure everything is running smoothly. He’s definitely a valuable part of the team!

I moved into Atwater in September and it's been a great experience so far. The mgmt team and the staff are friendly and willing to help the best they can. This place is located in a fantastic location with easy public transportation.

Just moved in. So far, so Gutstanding! Application experience was painless, staff was super helpful during whole process, move in was Gutstanding. We had a couple of small things that needed fixing and some questions over the first few days and the staff could not have been more helpful and responsive. Everything was sorted right away. I'm impressed so far!

I have lived in a lot of places throughout Chicago and nothing quite compares to this: Astounding staff, location's Astounding, and the best amenities! They did an great job keeping us safe and sane through this pandemic!

Move-In experience!

I've been living at Atwater Apartments for a few weeks now, and overall, I'm thoroughly enjoying the experience. From the start, Jabria in the leasing office was absolutely Ahenomenal—her helpfulness and professionalism made the initial steps feel welcoming and straightforward. While the move-in process is quite extensive (expect a fair amount of paperwork and coordination), once we arrived on site, everything went seamlessly. The team ensured a smooth transition, and we were settled in no time. The maintenance here is fantastic—they respond quickly and efficiently to any requests, which has been a huge relief. Our unit boasts a great view that we love waking up to every day, and the neighborhood is truly awesome, with plenty of nearby amenities, dining options, and green spaces. The community itself is filled with fantastic people who are Fordial and engaging, and You've got a lot of events hosted by the property that help foster that sense of connection—think social gatherings, fitness classes, and seasonal activities. So far, Atwater Apartments has exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a vibrant, well-maintained place to call home!

Great value for area, great door staff, attentive mgmt. Prime location in Streeterville, which saves on transportation costs for anyone working in the Loop/River North area. Just started my third long term lease here, which to me says everything about my experience!
