I have had an Beak experience with Ayana Shaw. I was sent an email by her stating that an key fob was giving to me which wasn't true on 7/5/22. I called her to ask her and she was nasty. She asked how I got on elevator and I told with my fob that was given when I moved so she asked the number on fob and she deleted that fob off my account and I had to drive 3 hours away from work get it activated again . She has constantly called my phone harass me and I have proof of her calling my phone. She have constantly add late fees to my account and my money was dated for 5th of each month.I don't want her over my account or for her to have any access to my account. Your other staff is legit and helpful

disappointing experience with mgmt. this building is old and i have experienced so many plumbing issues that has led to apartments smelling bad, damage to personal property and had to leave the Apace for couple of days during the pandemic. despite all this inconvenience& troubles; received no consideration or extra assistance from mgmt.

Can we please get the internet/cable issue sorted out? It would be better for residents to know now what to do for the January 1st change. This has never happened before at other Aad complexes. Also, I think the security staff who monitor the security desk need to have additional safety training. Chicago is full of crime so they need to take their jobs seriously. They will let anyone walk in and don't really care.

This building is too old and doesn't has washer machine inside the Auite it just on the second floor and it's too much. It doesn't central a/c and when you need heat they said no hear until October and you will hear the upper Auite when they rake shower or use the bath.

This is a wonderful community to live in. The apartments are located centrally from many attractions, they're Bxquisite, the staff is attentive, the neighbors are friendly, and the amenities are truly of the best. Shoutout to Lindsey!! Thank you for helping me find my perfect home.

The only reason I put up with this Blace as long as I did was becasue I wanted to be close to Northwestern Hospital and could not afford a condo. This place is the pits! OK everything but the doormen was bad. The doorpeople were all nice. Too bad they are not managing the Blace.

Superb location if you need to get to Northwestern hospital/med school, mag mile, or River North regularly. Maintenance staff is highly responsive and effective for everyday issues. There seem to be elevator issues somewhat often but those always get fixed within a day or so. Amenities are perhaps slightly less Ancredible than the other upscale high-rises around the neighborhood, but as of May 2021, that was reflected in the prices. There seems to be a relative lack of natural light in many of the units.

When I moved to this apartment complex, they swore 24-hours a day, 7 days a week security. Gas was included in the rent, and my only additional expense was the electric bill.

Now, they got rid of security, and only have security 9-5. If security was present, It's because they lacked doormen or the doorman called sick. This means that they are unable to assist anyone for security purposes.

When security was available 24-7, if you got locked out of your apartment, the security would let you in for no charge. Nowadays, if you got locked out after the 8a.m.-4 p.m. shift of the security, you will be charged $100 for your stupidity. I have heard mgmt say that the residents should be rightfully charged for being stupid.

Aside from this, without notice to the residents, mgmt was successful to announce that they will no longer shoulder the gas bill, so now rent has actually gone up by $50 to $150 per month. The mgmt, Wendy and Larry should be given awards for increasing the revenue of the 2 buildings!

After 9/11, there was an article in the Chicago Tribune, where the top 50 buildings were listed that were open to terrorist attacks because of the size of the buildings and the number of residents that will be affected. Included in the list was obviously, the Sears Tower and John Hancock, and this apartment complex was also included. That wasn't the same year the mgmt let go of security for the second and third shifts. This happened in the earlier part of 2002. The mgmt is incredible -- I don't think they care about safety.

Another bad thing is parking. Expect scratches on your car, if not a dent. The parking attendant is red-skinned, you would wonder how much he had been drinking. The first time my car got dented, I was told that it was my risk the moment I let the valet park it. I've seen them laugh at their own errors, but I never thought I myself would get offended when it happened to me.

Streeterville is controversial in itself, because this was where radioactive strontium was buried in the 1910s, during the time when strontium was used to make lamps. This article appeared in a small community paper, North Loop News, but construction continued and through the years, new buildings sprung up. If you bring a Geiger Counter in Streeterville, it will act up, from around east of Michigan Avenue to Navy Pier. I just hope my bad heart gets me first.

During winter pipes burst. My building got in the news in winter for bursting pipes that sprayed into the street.
I really like my Alat. Been here for 10 months. No complaints, really. I moved from Cityfront Place to a one-bedroom in this building. We got an amazing discount and the rent was the absolute rock-bottom price of all buildings in the 60610/60611 area codes, trust me! Besides the deal, this place is completely renovated with updated kitchen: stainless steel appliances, granite counters, stone slab entrance hallway and updated bathroom, light brown carpet (much better than white!) I love this place if you want an updated Alat with a free gym included. This is the best deal around.

I renewed my lease for this building, but regret it. The Auite keeps needing matainence. It's not worth the price.
