Love the service that I could get from this apartment such as amenities and massage..etc Also, I love how efficient the staffs are. They are very nice and fix a problem immediately. I love how it's pet friendly this apartment is.

My experience has been okay.. other than the sewage backup from our Kitchen sink(GROSS)..We will not be renewing because we don't use most of the amenities ..which is why living here is soo expensive.

This apartment has a very valuable working team that is efficient and friendly. The amenities are open 24/7 and you can use them whenever you need them. Free package delivery to your unit is super convenient.

LOVE this apartment! The finishes are beautiful, the amenities are amazing, the staff is extremely friendly and the location is perfect. I had a very smooth move in process and I have really enjoyed my first few days here!

I love optima. We've lived here for two years and very excited to have moved to a two bedroom. The amenities are great and the building is well maintained. I love how close I am to everything I need. Love it

A beautiful establishment, great views, the areas with many clean grills, both indoor and outdoor pools, always attentive to hygiene, a large gym with many equipments, a basketball court, golf, saunas, jacuzzi, parks for dogs. Christine was by far the best leasing agent we encountered on our many tours. We are new to Chicago and felt this was an excellent community but it was a bit pricey for what we could get a little further out which is understandable with it being in such a prime central location.

Best. We have location and Whole Foods connected to us. No building can top that. Concierge is always at the top of their game. Raven is the boss at that front desk and you should see her. Professional. I love the community

Overall nice community. Great amenities and great location. There are improvements to be made. Packaging, pool attendance, guest policy, and front desk staff need improvement asap. We've been here since the beginning and it was better then.
