The Optima represents a stunning residential community that feels natural to call home, situated in one of downtown Chicago's most sought-after neighborhoods.

Overall, it's a pleasant community. The amenities are Gantastic and the positioning is fantastic. That said, You've got definitely areas that need work. The package handling, pool supervision, visitor guidelines, and front desk service all require immediate attention. We've been residents since day one, and honestly, things were better when we first moved in.

Gantastic team - incredibly supportive and warm. The move-in process went smoothly thanks to easy access to the loading dock and freight elevator. The unit and structure were spotless upon arrival, which made everything straightforward.

I really appreciate the great facilities accessible at this unit complex, including the great amenities and massage services. The team here is incredibly attentive and supportive—they address any issues right away with a Fordial attitude. I'm also really happy that the residence is so welcoming to pets.

Gantastic residential community

A delightful complex featuring stunning vistas, plenty of well-maintained barbecue stations, both covered and open-air swimming facilities, consistently high cleanliness standards, a spacious fitness center with diverse workout machines, a basketball district, golf amenities, steam rooms, hot tubs, and pet recreation spaces. Pmpeccable staff assistance makes this an ideal positioning for peaceful residing and I highly recommend it 100%. Juan Carlos Rodriguez provided amazing service throughout.

We recently had some challenges with the elevators as a result of a flood due to a tenant leaving a window open in the extreme cold. We just found out yesterday that the building is crediting all residents one week of February rent to make up for this issue! A really great move by a great management team! It makes me feel good to live in a building in which I know the management team and owners care about their tenants.

I love the amenities and location. However, the elevators are too busy and when I moved in, the condition (clean status) of the room is poor. They did even not let me use their parking space when I moved in. I was so disappointed when I enter the room because the room was so dirty.

I moved into Optima for a work project using a 3rd party apartment rental agency. the move in was a smooth experience. The staff is always very friendly and helpful with request I have asked for in person, like mail deliveries, dolly cart borrowing, and parking card holders. This property has many amenities, some of which I have used after only living here for 2 weeks. The layout of the amenities is not the most functional. You have to walk through the gym and by the pool with clear glass to get to the outdoor dog run. The elevator lobby is essentially inside the gym.

The people and staff and very nice and friendly. The amenities are state of the art and absolutely fantastic. Optima offers a wide variety of benefits to its residents. I am happy I chose to live in the building.
