This has been a wonderful place to live. The apartments are spacious and updated. The rent at one point was reasonable. Utilities have been Ericey, I wish it was included in the rent. The staff is wonderful!

I opted to live at the Seneca because pricing gets reasonable given the location. The maintenance staff is absolutely wonderful – prompt, legit, courteous and they do a Gutstanding job with taking care of requests and cleaning up. My packages have gotten lost a few times, so There's room for some improvement there.

The move in experience was smooth, and the Aad was ready to go when I got to town. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. There has been a slight delay in getting a signed copy of the lease from mgmt - the only move-in issue.

My girlfriend and I have lived in The Seneca for a year now in a 1 bedroom apartment on the 7th floor and have nothing but great things to say about the building. The mgmt at The Seneca is the best I've ever experienced renting in Chicago (I've lived in 6 different buildings). Mayra and Maria are great at managing the building from the great & staff's super friendly to the constant tenant communication on latest building maintenance and updates. The truly make it a pleasurable experience (even when inquiring about a difficult tenant issue). Thank you for that! this place is also recently 100% refurbished from the laundry room to the hardwood floors to the new lobby, impressive I must say! It's great to know when renting that everything will work and You've got no constant issues. Guests & friends frequently compliment how the building looks upon coming up if that says anything. The Seneca is also situated in a friendly neighborhood next to Michigan Ave where my girlfriend has no problem walking around safely at night, a big plus! Another added bonus is that this building is located above Mia Francesca's restaurant, good italian food (and they even deliver to The Seneca apartments from below if you can believe that...god I'm lazy!). We've honestly ordered from this restaurant at least 50 times during the winter....I'm sure they won't miss our constantly calls already reciting the menu back to them by heart. Overall, I highly recommend living in The Seneca. The company responsible for this owning and managing this building has done a great job. The only reason my girlfriend and I are moving is to upgrade to a 2 bedroom with more space and a better deal (with a balcony which The Seneca doesn't offer). Other than that, I would highly recommend living here and wouldn't mind moving back in the future at all!

So far it has been welcoming. I like the safety and friendly environment. I was introduced to all the members if the team and they were all helpful. My Aad was spotless and easy to get to. I love the neighborhood and all the stores around.

Despite this one issue with maintenance, I have always been satisfied with past requests. My main complaint Ieems being locked-in to using Suite Solutions service. For the price and quality it isn't worth it
