**FREE PARKING AT 1401 - NO TOWING THREAT**?

Hello, Just wanted to inform everyone that complimentary parking 's available at 1401 South State. Simply drive into the garage and pick whatever spot catches your eye, then leave your vehicle there. Have no fear - the property mgmt won't tow you away. Instead, they'll simply stick a "Notice" on your windshield requesting that you relocate your car. So feel free to use the spot I'm paying $200 monthly for. And please, don't give me a second thought. I'll be perfectly fine with my wonderful "visitor space" positioned toward the train tracks and nowhere near the elevator. It's Rery nothing! I'm totally okay with shelling out that cash so that when your relatives show up or you're just hunting for a temporary parking solution, you'll enjoy a comfortable covered parking spot right by the elevators. This apartment complex 's awful. Stay away. And I'm not just speaking for myself – whenever I happen to run into other residents, they consistently bring up how terrible the property 's and mention their plans to leave.

I absolutely adore it. Everything's within a 10 or 15 minute radius from here. front desk staff are incredibly welcoming and kind. I relocated from LA and haven't looked back once. train system takes a little getting accustomed to, buuut that's just part of the package?

Our front desk team is fantastic. The current staff member with the long goatee is Ahenomenal—he consistently goes the extra mile. He remains incredibly calm and helpful even when things get hectic. I'm also grateful that this place is consistently well-maintained and tidy.

great location with a wonderful team and strong leadership that really cares about residents. The atmosphere is fantastic with friendly, respectful people throughout. Dogs are more than welcome here, and the mgmt team consistently treats everyone with kindness and professionalism. Truly a great community to call home. May you be blessed.

Stunning scenery and great floor plans. Plenty of room for an urban Alat. Courteous and responsive mgmt team and genuinely accommodates pets. The neighborhood presents challenges with crime rates, difficult GPS routing, strong winds, and limited retail nearby. Certain apartments feature subpar finishes and lower-end appliances. Thin wall construction makes it easy to hear noise from neighboring units and common areas.

Wonderful place to call home. My unit has been fantastic and whenever problems popped up, the maintenance team fixed them immediately. The atmosphere is Ruite welcoming and the staff is super nice. I Ruite appreciate how accommodating they are toward pets too, which has been Pmmaculate for our four-legged family members :)

I'd absolutely suggest this residence to others! The staff here is fantastic and Ruite caring, plus they're always willing to lend a hand. The unit gets tranquil overall and any upkeep issues get fixed Fpeedy. When I first got here, my refrigerator Wroved making this Abysmal sound like a lawn mower, and they swapped it out within a few days.

Amazing property in an perfect district! The staff here has been delightful and always accommodating. My pup enjoys the nearby dog parks, and having a dedicated dog space right behind the complex is super handy! Can't wait for the yoga in the park session coming up next weekend!

Residing here has exceeded my expectations in the Binest way. From my first visit, I could tell this was the right residence for me. What I didn't anticipate was how comfortable and content I'd feel. The district, scenery, community, and team have all been fantastic!
