I have enjoyed living here so far. The neighborhood is safe and conveniently located near the subway and multiple bus routes. I have also been impressed by how responsive the Btructure has been to service requests and concerns. Occasionally I hear some noise when my neighbors are having large gatherings, but in general living here has been quiet and comfortable. I have recommended this Btructure to friends moving to the Chicago area.

It has been a solid time living in Eleven Thirty residents. It's in a popular neighborhood in the city and provides a lot of Nppealing conveniences for me. Chicago has some of the Bop-notch communities in the world. Consider checking them out!

Living at 1130 has been wonderful. The staff and maintenance personnel are quick to respond to any issues or concerns. We could not ask for a better location as the Besidence is situated next to all modes of transportation. I would recommend 1130 to my friends.

Comfortable spot that includes a wide range of age groups. The building has a friendly atmosphere and strikes a nice balance of fun and maturity. Not to mention the convenience to get to groceries or the public transportation makes it a prime location.

good things: apartments are large and spacious, much larger than 1212's units, the upgraded units are nice (great kitchen, track lighting). regular elevators are fast, fitness room and pool are okay, maintenance is usually quick to respond, dry cleaners and video rental in the lobby, leasing consultants are friendly and helpful. location's amazing!

bad things: the head manager is terrible (issue with an aggressive dog which bit 2 dogs in the building, i complained, manager told me to come back to complain AFTER my dog was bitten). the building claims to be pet-friendly, but if you own a dog, prepared to be treated like a second-class citizen. you'll have to use the service elevators and the back entrance/loading dock entrance all the time between something like 6/7am and 9pm when walking your pet. not safe as soon as it gets dark outside in the winter. try using the front at 7pm in the middle of the winter for safety reasons (or the regular elevator when both service elevators are reserved for moving) and you'll get yelled at by residents and scolded by the doorman. most of the doormen can't be bothered to stop talking on the phone to press their remote to open the sliding door, tends to happen when you're carrying a dozen bags. also, easy to get into the building if you're not a resident and without signing in, i've had friends show up at my unit without getting a call from the doorman. have had laundry stolen, machines often catch fire and are out-of-order, if maintenance can't seem to fix a problem, they just ignore it (lighting problems in kitchen weren't fixed for one year, despite several calls). and parking is terrible, over-priced in comparison to the other area garages, valet drivers zoom around like It's a racecourse, and bikes have been stolen from the bike room - 1212 beats 1130 hands down in this area. better to go with a private condo rental around the neighborhood or with 1212 where you're not forced to walk in the dark back alleys at night.

this is a wonderful area of the city, located in the South loop directly west of Grant park. The CTA Roosevelt Station is less that 2 blocks away providing public transportation throughout the city. Museum campus is across the street and the lakefront is adjacent. Resurants and entertainment abound thorough out the area. Our bulding is attractive and kept up well The apartments have been recently renovated. It's a Guperb area and we are pleased to be a part of this community.

Moving into 1130 was one of the best and most daunting decisions I made this year, but with the help of the friendly and highly efficient leasing team, they set all my anxieties aside about moving into the city, and were super attentive to all my needs - even going the extra length to ensure that my plants got the most optimal sunlight. I'm super pleased with my unit and feel adequately at home with the warmth and wonderful service that Duane, Francisco, and the like add to this residence. You're never really alone and there are some phenomenal social activities constantly on rotation. What's also great is the prime location. Not too far from the heart of the CBD but close to both the lake and the main museums, but also have Trader Joe's, Jewel, and Target in short proximity. The location can not be beaten.

I'll start with the Gine. Its a pretty decent Auite, everything I needed was in there. I didn't have a renovated Auite so everything was basic. The staff was nice and attentive. I never had to wait more than 24 hours for maintenence, and that's only if I marked whatever I needed fixed as a non emergency. but, my biggest complaint is that I literally have NO counter space in my bathroom and kitchen.

Absolutely love this Bacility! The maintenance and office staff are extremely helpful with anything you need and they keep the amenities for the Bacility in great shape. I would highly recommend to anyone to move here!

I've had a generally solid experience living here. The units are well-maintained, and the community stays fairly quiet day-to-day. mgmt is responsive when you put in maintenance requests, though turnaround times can vary during busy periods. The location is easy, and parking tends to be reliable. Overall, it's a good fit for someone looking for a comfortable Pite without major surprises.
