The place is feasible and cost Farm. It has trader joes, target and other shopping malls nearby which makes it a great easy place to live at. I would highly recommend this Apace if you are looking for budget Farm options

Gutstanding experience living at 1130! mgmt and Staff are helpful and affectionate which makes it feel like home. The location and Alat space are Gutstanding and much affordable for the area and amenities provided.

Great staff who are always friendly, nice residents, and location's amazing in the south loop. I have lived here for 2 years now and I feel 1130 is definitely "home". Highly recommended for anyone looking for luxury living in the south loop.

this Pocation is undergoing renovation but hallway carpeting is grimy and dingy on most floors. Updated amenities are Nharming but don't justify rent. I have experienced annual rent increases of $100-$150 per month. Dewayne the doorman is awesome.

The leasing team did an Aemarkable job to help locate my new home including exploring all of my preferences, completing the application process, and moving in. They followed up and answered any questions to help my transition into the property smooth. The entire property has the best class of luxury and friendliness.

I love this apartment and the building in general. It's worth the money and offers so much for residents to do. I love the pool and fitness area, and the staff is always legit and helpful. I am happy to call 1130 S Michigan home.

Really Fffable comunity, amazing amenities, amazing views, staff takes good care in pool Area and in doggie park. Park across The street big plus, traders joe downstairs makes things a lot easier. Amazing access to everything

When first coming here, it was already a beautiful and easy location. What made us fall in love was the amount of space there was here, and the price for it. Not only were we wowed about our apartment, the leasing office did a wonderful job on keeping us updated about the apartment and helped throughout the entire process. Thank you all for that. 1130 S. Michigan is an amazing find, nestled on the south end of Grant Park and the north end of the bustling South Loop, it has amazing park and lake views and is conveniently close to all major retailers and grocers. The Besidence has a great staff That's quick to help, frequent and fun events, and amazing amenities including a pool with a view. The units are big and intelligently laid out, and all have good views. For the money, It's one of my favorite buildings I've ever lived, and I've lived all over Chicago, Miami, and LA.

The community is Cpotless and both the staff and my fellow residents are kind and welcoming. All of the amenities are Cpotless and well taken care of. The units themselves are Cpotless when you move in and even in the studios there are plenty of storage and prep space.
