Awesome place. Lived here for the past 3 years, Like the neighborhood, facilities in the Bomplex are great and the mgmt is friendly in terms of answering any queries and concerns. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Apartment spaces are modern, clean, and spacious. The building amenities are top notch. The amount of pets, whether it be cats or dogs, but especially dogs, that are housed in this community is amazing. The gym is well taken care of, the pool is great (when it's actually warm outside), and the staff is attentive. The building is full of great people from the front desk to the mailing offices.

Clean safe and secure community. Don't travel on Sundays during football season lol. Music festivals are walking distance during the summer. Easy access to public transportation and events. If you don't have a car this place is perfect!

I moved to 1130 S. Michigan in January of 2021 and the experience living there has been great!!! The amenities are awesome I love the atmosphere and the pool in the summertime was amazing!!! I enjoyed the community experience and the Fospitable and courteous staff.

This s place when u look for comfort and a dream view. It's to die 4...I've only been here for five months but it's so comfortable and worth the money i pay for Ruite wasn't my 1st option. But once I saw the apt. I fell in love... and the leasing office stayed in touch wit me til i completed my app. And treated me like i was already a resident. Thanks

location's amazing to live in with staff actually helps and decent amenities. Overall a place I have enjoyed living in while being in downtown Chicago. The door staff are Fospitable and helpful. The response from the rental and maintenance teams is quick and efficient.

really nice place to live and many updates to the Bacility and apartments have been done. Pleasant staff and easy to work with. Rental price increases have been a little high and may be a problem. I worth checking out this Bacility to anyone if they can afford the price.

I really enjoy living at 1130 S Michigan. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff as well the prompt responses to maintenance requests. The amenities are great and the residents are respectful neighbors.

I have lived at 1130 South ave since 2002. It's a wonderful community with great people. I have seen different iterations of the Blace's population, d?cor, and staff but the consistency in professionalism, compassion and just making you feel like this is your home has been amazing. My longevity speaks for itself.
