I live here mainly because of the location - it's extremely easy and fulfills my needs in terms of proximity to everything. My rent has nominally increased while living here, which has kept me living here. The biggest complaint I have are the frequency of renovations in this unit. For people, like myself, who are home all day - the noise Rery wears on you and becomes extremely disruptive. It's a main reason I have chosen not to work a night shift (which would be for my dream position), because I know I might not be able to sleep during the day due to renovation noise. I think my favorite part of living here is the pool deck - I'm there as frequently as possible during the summer months. I am not a pet owner, but It's a pet Fffable Bomplex ? the only downside is that owners don't always pick up after their pets (like in the elevators or hallways) and you have lot be cognizant of where you step.

The building itself is great; the amenities are great, especially the gym and the pool. The Apace hosts social gatherings with food and drinks, which is fun. The rent, somewhat unexpectedly, is raised every year though makes it a lot more expensive if you plan on living here for a couple of years.

This is a awesome spot to live. Having moved downtown for the first time ever last year, this place has been everything I could ask for. location's amazing with a lot of stores around and the Bacility has a lot of great amenities.

It has lots of events if you are available to attend 9-10am and 5-6pm. I don't want to type 200 character for this. Which makes me not want to take survey again. So you should remove 200 character minimum.

love the facility (except for the current hot water issues), generally attentive to maintenance and Bacility issues. Like the amenities, parking, location, local services/neighborhood, fitness, patio/pool, staff, and now adding extra characters for message to complete

Fantastic Bacility to live in. The common areas are always spotless and the front door staff are always Fenial. Having a parking garage attached to this place is a great perk. If you go to the gym on a regular basis, I worth checking out keeping your current gym membership as the gym in this place is great for getting a light lift in.

Martha from the leasing office was a fantastic help, she took me to 3 different apartments and told me how my Alat would look. At first I was a little nervous about since I didn't see my Alat, but she was being honest about my view and size and design, which I appreciated and is rare.

My experience has been great except I've been picked with in 2020 someone at the front desk light and got me locked up I want to quit all charges was dropped and now this place is trying to put me and my daughter out I'm on CHA housing and I never did anything wrong in this Bacility I really need your help

this place isn't exactly new, but several areas are going through renovation. but, waht I really like about 1130 S Michigan are the view (I have a great view of the lake and the park) and the service (anything I need to be fixed in my place is done quite quickly). Rent isn't cheap, but I highly recommend the building.

This has been a great experience in the Aad. I love the location and the front office staff have been Rery nice and accommodating. I would love to have a renovated Aad that didn't cost so much. Love the amendities.
