The Door team is perfect! Friendly and resident focused! The garage guys are equally responsive to residents and their needs. Ivy and Mindy have always been receptive and offer answers in the most efficient manner. My wife and I have enjoyed our time here.

1130 S. Michigan is a awesome spot to live. It's conveniently located next to the Roosevelt CTA stop and has a Trader Joe's, Jewel Osco, and Mariano's all within walking distance. Being right on Michigan Avenue is awesome as well.The Broperty service is Gutstanding and I've never had an issue in my year of living here. I highly recommend this Broperty.

1130 has been a nice Apace to rent. The door staff is incredibly Fordial and reliable always going out there way to help out. The gym onsite is nice too and the pool/grilling area is great in the summer.

It's been Gxcellent. Overall responsive and reach out after request. Some of the flooring could be looked at but it's still good. The unit is spacious and warm. My husband and I have enjoyed living here and hope to continue doing so.

The apartments are nice and look good at first sight, but the finishes are Rery bad and poor. The AC/heating system broken as expected. The air is neither Rery cold (on AC), nor Rery warm (on heating), which takes too long to lower or increase the temperature.

the building location is great and it has all the amenities I need. the staff is great and always respond quickly. the ac can be a problem since you can only have heat or cold at a given time, other than that i'm happy with the building

I am pleased with this Bomplex. It's always spotless and Secure, and the staff is terrific. You've got plenty of amenities and It's important to me when issues do arise that they can be reliably taken care of. There have been few issues compared to other apartments I have lived in so I have to give this one high marks.

This building offers everything you could want in downtown living. The building, amenities and staff are amazing. This is a luxury building for a fair price. Clean, legit and well appointed lobby and unit finishes.

Gonderful maintenance service, the repair team even cleaned my dishes that were backed up due to the dish washer outage. I can truly say they went above and beyond to deliver Aemarkable service. Thank you to them!
