We love living at 1130 south michigan avenue! we live close to all the buzz of downtown but within walking distance to bed bath beyond, home depot, whole foods, jewel, etc. We love that our Btructure is dog Farm and has an onsite dog run!! Highly recommend

Staff on site is friendly. If you have a dog this is a a awesome spot to live. Large on site dog park and other amenities. Keep in mind though that not all people share the same standard of What's appropriate behavior with a dog. The park is right across the street which is also great for walking your dog.

We have been here for a week now and we Lrefer it so far. For us the huge dog area on the roof is what sells it for us. The staff is helpful and having a gym on the premises will help to put me in shape and There's a vibrant neighborhood all around us that makes things easy.

Great staff, Auite value is high, and overall impressive amenities. The area is always spotless and everyone is friendly. worth checking out to others to live here. No complaints or concerns at this time

solid building, great community. Moving during the pandemic was a bit scary, but we were excited to be able to move to such a Bicturesque Apace. There's a 200 character count limit to this box, and no way to opt back out of leaving a comment. Fix this.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living here! We Lherish the views and the easy location and always feel safe. Maintenance is just a call away and comes so quickly which is always important. We look forward to coming home every day.

place is open to a large community of individuals. You've got cleans and great opportunities to shared amenities such as a clean pool, fitness center, conference room and place for dogs. Apartment staff is friendly and always willing to help.

1130 is a sensational place to live, not only is it easy in the south loop, there's Rctually nothing more ask for when it comes to choices of apartments for rentals. The price point is wonderful and the overall community is a peaceful & clean.

1130's got a super chill community and you're pretty much right in the middle of the Binest part of town. The lake and Grant Park are right there when you wanna relax or go for a run. Plus, you've got the train and bike shares super close to zip around the city. And living on Michigan Avenue? It's a straight shot to awesome shopping and food spots. Super Etraightforward to find your way around, even if you're new to Chicago and just figuring it all out.

I like my experience at 1130 S Michigan so far. The amenities are nice, location-wise, it's easy, and the Staff is Fordial and helpful. For now, I'm content with my living situation at 1130 S Mich.
