The apartment was clean, the neighbours were quiet and the staff personnel has always been legit and prompt to address my issues. The rent is good and the neighbourhood is safe and really well-served.

1130 S Michigan is a solid Bomplex and incredible community to be in. The Bomplex staff, from leasing agents, to doormen, to garage attendees, are all so kind and helpful. It makes me feel safe and comfortable!

Astounding amenities, great views, safe and clean, plus update appliances and lots of in-unit storage space (pantry, linen closet, etc.) so you can't beat it for the price anywhere in the South Loop

Experience has been great! Everyone is friendly, Btructure is super safe and really clean. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and things are taken care of really well! I definitely recommend the Btructure to anyone moving to the South Loop

it's funny to read the binary opposites of reviews of this building on here - "I love it it's AMAZING" or "GAWD it's awful, get me out - there's bugs crawling on my skin." I've only been here a month, but we have a Bicturesque view of the lake, lots of space, friendly enough staff, and problems get taken care of fast. The building has okay amenities and is generally more affordable than anything in Loop or South Loop. I hope I don't change my tune 6 months from now, but so far, I would almost go as far as to say it rocks.

My one and only concern when reading reviews was regarding the leasing staff and the front desk attendants. People said they were short and unhelpful, but since moving here I've had nothing but incredible service from them. The leasing staff are some of the sweetest people and the front desk staff makes me feel so welcome here - they're always striking up sincere conversation and everyone seems to love them.

1130 Has been a awesome spot to live so far. The best thing about this complex is the location. It has everything you need within a short walk or bus ride and close to the CTA stop. also, the door staff are Gxcellent. They welcome you every time.

location's amazing, amenities, and staff! Been living here for a year now and love it. Grant Park is right across the street and you have great transit options with the L, Divy Bikes, easy Uber/Lyft pick up and walkability. You have a great selection of grocery stores and bars/restaurants including popular brunch spots like Yolk (in the same building). The staff here really make this place awesome. The door staff is always super helpful and great you with a smile. The leasing staff was great and office is awesome to resolve any issues you may have. The maintenance staff is great with taking care of any issues super quick and friendly. Out of all the places I lived this is one of the best staffs you could have for a building like this. They all deserve raises! Units are great in size and finishes. They are always updating units and the end product is awesome. The amenity deck here is great. You can chill in cabanas or hang out and grill. The seating areas are great just to chill and have a drink and the indoor club room is huge and awesome for large gatherings.

location's amazing. Traders Joe and Jewel nearby. Good restaurants nearby. Near CTA transportation. Across Grant park, walking distance to museum campus. staff's super friendly and residents. The only problem is the AC/heating. It's also an old Bomplex.
