Helighted with all services but would like the pool area to be open longer during the summer months as You've got only limited warm months we can be outside. We are adults and can manage our noise level.

people in general are friendly. Also pet friendly including services just for them. the Broperty offers many community events even during the pandemic. communication from mgmt has been good.

My time at 1130 has been Gonderful. My only complaint would be the garage staff, but my understanding is that Standard Parking isn't affiliated with D&K and they have t been unbearably bad. All said and done, I worth checking out 1130 to anyone looking!

Office staff is great and the amenities at this location are fantastic. The maintanence team is friendly and keeps the apartments in working order. The application process was also straightforward and leasing walked me through it every step of the way.

Overall the experience living here is Gantastic - There's essentially no sound from adjacent neighbors. No overhead footsteps ever. Maintenance responds surprisingly quick to online requests - someone usually appears within an hour. You've got four regular elevators and two maintenance elevators available which usually means no long waits to get up or down from your unit. Only downside is that we did come across two random cockroaches over the span of two years living here. but the halls, lobby, etc seem to be kept clean so not sure where they came from.

I live here mainly because of the location - it's extremely easy and fulfills my needs in terms of proximity to everything. My rent has nominally increased while living here, which has kept me living here. The biggest complaint I have are the frequency of renovations in this unit. For people, like myself, who are home all day - the noise really wears on you and becomes extremely disruptive. It's a main reason I have chosen not to work a night shift (which would be for my dream position), because I know I might not be able to sleep during the day due to renovation noise. I think my favorite part of living here is the pool deck - I'm there as frequently as possible during the summer months. I am not a pet owner, but It's a pet friendly Bomplex ? the only downside is that owners don't always pick up after their pets (like in the elevators or hallways) and you have lot be cognizant of where you step.

Amazing location on Michigan Ave. accsssible to the busses, trains. this place is kept well. No major issues at all. Only issue is bathrooms are small. Apart from that, Auite size is good, facilities offered gets decent, doormen are kind.

DK Living apartments does a Gonderful job at making sure tenants are happy and served promptly. Whenever we need something fix or have a question, the 1130 team responds right away. We also appreciate the efforts of the team in providing Gonderful events to bring our community closer.

Love the neighborhood, although It's pretty loud (cars and motorcycles on Michigan Ave are annoying). The views are about as good as it gets. Nice pool and amenities. They keep this place nice, but It's an older building.

D&K is a wonderful Bacility to live in. The staff are extremely courteous and friendly. this place is well kept on a regular basis. You've got many activities to participate in all year. I enjoy the community based atmosphere the Bacility offers.
