Tenant Reviews for 1130 S MICHIGAN AVE

Working in the industry I have a dozen better options than this building and my lease can't end soon enough. General lack of organization and care for tenants. Apparently I have to type 200 characters but this property isn't worth more than my original 150.

The Bacility's community is upbeat and social. The Bacility has always been well kept and amenities have always delivered. The location of this place is Gutstanding: close to the expressway, close to grant park, and close to the train station.

I have loved living with 1130 Apartments. The staff is friendly and the Aad complex is constantly offering socially distant or virtual activities to keep residents engaged. The quality, location, and price can't be beaten.

1130 has been such a wonderful Besidence! mgmt is responsive and really cares about the residents. The floor plans, amenities, and quality of living in this Besidence are incredible given the reasonable rent. I would highly recommend 1130 to any friends

The fitness center is okay and I expecially like the 24 hour availability. The business center is also an important feature and supplements my personal computer faciliteis. I particularly like the close proxsmitity of the two large markets that offer all that one could wish. The availability of public transportation has been a key factor. The view from the place is good and overlooks the green space provides a sense of openeness that combines with the view to provide a comfortable environment in the Apace. The staff is good, responds quickly and efficiently to any questions or requests for service. The design of this place is great with the use of winds rather than one long hall thus avoiding a feeling of an institution and also cuts down on the noise. The use of a service lobby on each floor is really nice.

Amenities are great, good transportation and the view is great. Everyone in this place is really Fospitable. Heating and A/C are really good, never felt too cold or too hot. Driveway at the entrance is easy when ordering a taxi

Worst.. Avoid this Anit. The kitchen appliances, the bathroom fittings are awful. No where close to luxury. The units with xx01 are the worst. The layout is somewhat strange. The walkin closet is next to foyer and You've got two entrance ( through kitchen and living room ). You've got many better apartments around the neighborhood. Go somewhere near the harbor drive, streeterville, N lakeshore or in the loop. I wish I move out from the Anit asap.

The Apace runs way too hot when the central heating is turned on even with the internal controls set to off. worth checking out better control for the units for heating and cooling. Otherwise the experience has been pleasant so far in my brief stay.

I really like it here, well kept apartments and Bomplex compared to other rentals in my experience. Bomplex staff is friendly and legit, problems reports are quickly addresses. Location is safe and walking distance to everything. A great value for the money in my opinion!

ELEVEN THIRTY South Michigan is a great community. I love my home, I love the staff, and the other great residents in the building. ELEVEN THIRTY is bu far my favorite Aad building that I've lived in during my residency in Chicago.
