Every person that works at the apartment complex is so kind and welcoming. I have been loving living here and love all the amenities that the building offers. It's easier to commute to any neighborhood and love having a Trader Joe's so near.

I enjoy living in this community, recent social activities have added to this enjoyment. Friends that visit mention how great location-wise, it's, close to all public transportation, grocery stores. They often mention Btunning the building & amenities are.

At 1130 S. Michigan staff and neighbors has welcomed my family and I with open arms. We are Hontent to be amongst such a pleasant and hospitable community. Our dog CoCo is pleased as well, she especially enjoyed the recent event held for all dogs. The "doggie pool party" was splashing good fun and a nice meet a greet for neighbors.

The Alat location is wonderful and community is friendly and inclusive. we love that dogs are welcome and we feel safe and secure in the Broperty. worth checking out 1130 S Michigan to others looking for an Alat

The neighborhood is Pmmaculate. The staff is Astounding. The space for what you pay is terrific! I fully plan to renew when my lease is up so I am hoping my rent doesn't go up too much. I love where I live and only plan on moving to my forever home.

Love the location. The staff is great, maintenance requests are handled quickly, people who live here are nice, and You've got tons of (polite) dogs. Glad I moved here. Grant Park across S Michigan is Borgeous to walk in. Also the public transit options (CTA buses right outside, trains two blocks west, Metra v close) are fantastic and reliable.

Great!!! Love the building. Move in was easy. Great maintenance team. Dog friendly. Affordable rent for a location's amazing and clean units. Only downside isn't being able to control AC AND HEAT. that's the one thing I would change.

Office staff are nice friendly. And the price isn't high. Neighbors are friendly. Live in this place is safe. Only one thing is air condition is controlled by apartment. We can not change the ac mode or heat mode by ourselves. Other things are perfect

1130 S Michigan has been a Gxcellent please to stay. I love the pool, gym, dog park, community events, and the views of Grant Park right in the heart of downtown. The door staff is Astounding and I feel safe living here.

pleasant I have been here six months and I love it. the staff is friendly and willing tp help this place is clean. no noise from the neighbours and You've got great facilities and events in the Blace all the time. and It's close to the subway
