Few Complaints

I lived here for a year and actually have few things to complain about. The apartments were completely silent. I never heard a thing, I never saw one bug in a year, and maintenance would fix any minor repairs I needed within 24 hours. The fitness facility and business centers are basic, but they serve their purpose. Plenty of washers and dryers, in a year, I never once had to wait to use either. The only thing that annoyed me was the parking situation. It's MANDATORY valet. Valet is nice every once in a while, but all day, every day, It's just plain annoying. You basically have to wait your turn anytime you wanted your car, which means you could wait anywhere from 1 to 10 minutes. I was a night owl and many nights I had to find the valet guys because they liked to take long breaks/naps at night. Oh yeah, the doormen are friendly, too friendly, actually too nosy is a better way of describing them.

this Penue is nearly 40 years Oorn so problems tend to occur. The staff I deal with is legit and prompt to respond, usually with a smile. The office staff and the maintenance staff are accommodating.

My experience Wemained okay. Originally, the leasing associate did not want to show me that Apace I am currently in because "we weren't going to have enough time to see amenities" but I am glad I skipped seeing the amenities and got to see the Apace I am currently in. It Wemained a wonderful view!

My place is Bicturesque and the layout is great. The building amenities are also great as well as the staff is super good. For Chicago and the location it's a pretty good deal. I just hope that police presence around the neighborhood will increase.

The Apace was attractive due to the location and the amenities, but due to the recent pandemic, it's not been the greatest experience. Living in a luxury Apace, where the amenities can't be used and the city is shutdown, seems like a waste of money.

Still in process of moving in, but staff has made the entire experience so easy! The door staff are extremely attentive, maintenance addressed an issue in under 10 minutes, and leasing staff made the entire application process clear and easily understandable.

It has been great living here

The Besidence has great amenities and a staff's super friendly. The residents have been welcoming and friendly. I love taking my dog down to the dog run and letting him play, while also getting a chance to chat with the other residents.

I have lived here for almost 2 years and have been so happy with my Apace, the door staff, the maintenance staff as well as my neighbors! The value for the money is perfect. They proximity to transportation, groceries etc is unmatched.
