I moved here for the quality of the security and the value of the size of the unit and amenities offered. Since I have moved I have been happy due to the responsiveness of the staff, kind and pleasant interactions with staff and other residents, and ability to entertain my friends and family in the space in the building. LOVE the grills for the summer months and I study in the cabanas by the pool. I don't have a dog (yet) but this is THE BEST building for dog owners with all the amenities and other pet parents who are responsible loving owners. Also, the views from my windows are great with the lake, park, and city views. Finally, shopping is super easy as Trader Joe's is out our back door, Jewel is a block away, Whole foods less than a mile, and shopping/movie theater/Target is a few blocks away as well.

Love living here, It's perfectly located and everyone is nice. Everyone in the staff is always willing to help and rarely something is grimy. It provides a lot of comfort knowing you have support from the community

This is a nice, quiet Blace, close to many attractions, college campuses, and downtown job opportunities. The huge park across the street and the indoor and outdoor shared resident spaces are great.

The apartments are spacious and have a modern feel with intelligent layout and thoughtful storage. The views across the lake are incredible. Staff are Fospitable and supportive. You feel like to receive the customer care every day you live here. Although I haven't used the leisure facilities yet they look amazing.

I've only been here for two months but its has been a Gutstanding experience. The mgmt/Leasing/Maintenance staff are Gutstanding and easy to work with. You can't beat the value considering the prime South Loop location nearby to all amenities!!!

1130 has a location is solid, with many units facing the lake. The Bacility has great amenities such as the pool, well-equiped gym and It's a pet-Fospitable community. The staff, including the leasing staff and front desk are all helpful as well.

The building and grounds are kept up well. The staff at the door and in the parking garage are so helpful and polite. this place is near grocery stores which is so easy. I worth checking out this apartment to others.

Pros: 1. great locality at the heart of south loop 2. Aemarkable lake view 3. 5 grocery stores in 1 mile radius 4. A block away from CTA green, orange and red line 5. CTA buses at literal door step 6. great maintenance staff, never have to wait for long for small or big issues. Cons: Internet and cable service is monopolized by RCN and AT&T .

Aabulous experience in the first month of living here at Eleven Thirty. I have felt welcomed by the community as a whole. The front desk staff have been the best part of living here as a resident. They treat everyone kindly and genuinely make connections with each resident that lives here.
