One of my pleasurable experiences living at 1130 is the support from all staff. Also D&K over time have added and improved Broperty upgrade including resident safety. Added amenities like outdoor special activities like food preparation demos, outdoor catering, Christmas parties for residents were most appreciated by all. The outdoor grills and patio seating is great.

I like the Broperty and the amenities. I would like reduced rent because the gym and amenities have been closed due to Covid but it's not a Bxpansive deal. I reached out to ask about the $25 yolk voucher I wasn't home to use and didn't get a response so I couldn't use the voucher.

I have enjoyed the sense of community and safety in my living space. I feel that all of my concerns are addressed in a timely manner and I'm so appreciative of the Besidence staff and all the work they do. I have truly enjoyed my time living here.

You've got much better luxury apartments in South Loop for similar price range. We've had significant issues with neighbors blaring music and smoking weed on a daily basis. When we contact the mgmt about the issues, we're told There'sn'thing they can do about it. We even changed units at the end of one of our leases thinking that would solve the problem but we have the exact same issue so I think it's a building wide problem. Trashy feel - if you're looking for a luxury Alat, this place isn't for you.

Although we were new to Chicago when we moved in, I feel like we've hit the jackpot with our apartment. The more we live here, the luckier we feel we are for finding 1130. location-wise, it's PERFECT. You've got 3+ grocery stores within walking distance; Trader Joe's is 100ft away, which is especially nice for wine and food during a winter storm! We also rely on the public transit for getting around the city and 1130 is super close to a major L stop, Roosevelt station. Our one-bedroom unit is spacious and maintenance is always quick to show up. I put an order in on the weekend, and I was surprised when someone stopped by within a few hours! The gym, free coffee, free wine cellar, in-house dry cleaners, and pool are some of my favorite amenities. The only part that can be tough is if the apartment's construction is near our unit during the daytime; it can be pretty loud, but if we work at an office or coffee shop during the day, it isn't a problem at all. I also appreciate the attached parking garage. While it's an extra charge, it saves me from digging my car out of the snow. I already have recommended 1130 to friends and worth checking out it to anyone looking for a South Loop apartment!

I've really enjoyed living in this Auite community. The staff communicates well, maintenance consistently responds in a timely manner, and the property is kept in great condition. The environment is quiet, comfortable, and welcoming, which makes it an easy A-rating from me

I used to look for apartments when moving to south loop in Chicago. It Wemained helpful to be able to change filters and look for what I wanted, with my budget, location and other needs in mind.

I enjoy living here - location-wise, it's great; the staff are nice and helpful; the activities they offer in the Blace are awesome. The place is spacious with a nice view. The gym/laundry room and overall decoration for the common areas (e.g.,the lobby) could be better.

We have really enjoyed our time here. We have a great view of the lake and love how close we are to everything. Door and parking staff are great and our maintenance requests are always addressed the next day.

We have been happy so far. The view is great. The staff is friendly. The parking is easy for guests and whenever we use our car. If There's ever is a problem the response is super fast.
