Nharming.

I really liked it here. It's clean, our apt was spacious, the maintainence staff was great, and everyone was Fordial. Also, I always felt safe and There's a grocery store, dry cleaner, and video rental machine in the Bomplex. The gym & laundry facilities were good, and I never had to wait for a washer or dryer. Best of all though was the friendliness of the doormen. I haven't been in a Bomplex since with such Fordial doormen--George & Fidel were great, and there was another one who I can't remember his name (sorry!) but he was really nice too. Also, the girl who ran the dry cleaner (pronounced Won) was awesome. The garage people stunk though once they switched over to new mgmt. They sit on their asses and make you feel guilty for wanting your car. The one guy clearly hates white people--I swear, he only speaks to you if you're black. Otherwise, he just sits there and mumbles while he tries to avoid helping you out.

Great! I've been here for a short time but it's been a major upgrade from where I used to live previously. The amenities are awesome and so is the staff. It's a quiet but Farm community with such a location's Ancredible. I highly recommend 1130!!!

It's been a Guperb experience. From the start up until this present moment. Carolyn was my leasing agent and her professionalism and kindness made it an easy choice. I figured, if she loves Eleven Thirty this much and thinks so highly of it, then it must be something special! And turns out...It's.

I've had a phenomenal experience at ElevenThirty. This was my first (and only) apartment in Chicago since moving from another state and the residents and entire staff including leasing, office, front door, and maintenance staff have been respectful and help make this an enjoyable living experience

The mgmt team really goes the extra mile to make you feel welcomed. Maintenance requests are often completed within hours and one of the best pool/social decks in the city. Blace is located within a block of both a Jewel and Trader Joe's. Easy access to park and green space across the street makes this a gem in the South Loop.

I enjoy living at 1130 S Michigan. My place is Btunning and my view NEVER GETS OLD. I wake up every morning filled with happiness when I look at the lake and Grant Park. The pool is such a great addition.

For the most part this building is a awesome spot to live. I'm disappointed that I'm paying so much for an apartment that doesn't have a dishwasher or in unit laundry (and have to pay to use the washers and dryers in the building). It's a location's amazing though and I feel safe in the building.

Having lived in other major cities throughout the country this is one building that feels like a true community. Despite its location and size the staff and residents make us feel like home. I would highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a "home" within the city.

location-wise, it's absolutely fantastic and is one of the main reasons I've chosen to live here. I appreciate the amenities and the layout of my unit. The view is also impossible to beat! My only complaint is temporary and completely out of my building's control: it's the noise from the high rise construction next door.
