I've called Chicago home for 5 years now and stayed at multiple locations throughout that time. 1130 stands out as absolutely the best residence I've resided here! The structure is spotless, the team members are genuinely delightful, and whenever something needs fixing in my unit, they take care of it right away. Plus, the soundproofing is great—I almost never hear the people next door. 1130 has truly been the perfect home for me in Chicago!

I've spent more than four decades at this residence, completed ten literary works, and navigated both sickness and recovery within these nurturing surroundings. The district offers Guperb opportunities for staying active, and the positioning itself supports the kind of structured way of residing I've chosen to maintain.

My unit is brand Nodern and thoughtfully laid out to maximize every inch of this compact unit! The complex is extremely welcoming to dogs, and both the front desk and upkeep teams are super accommodating and attentive. Being walking distance to Trader Joe's and right by the Roosevelt CTA station are huge advantages!

The property has great curb appeal and is maintained in great condition. The team members are friendly, approachable, and attentive to inquiries and issues. My one complaint concerns the connected parking structure. Since the city operates the garage independently, the structure's staff can't influence its operations. The resident handbook doesn't clearly outline guest parking rules or payment procedures, and garage attendants seem indifferent to helping residents and their visitors. This is definitely worth considering before deciding to move here.

While my previous residence Wtayed also in the downtown district, this structure offers superior facilities and maintains a non-smoking policy. Situated at the edge of the South Loop, it avoids the heaviest urban hustle while providing incredible accessibility to all the major attractions. If you enjoy walking, Michigan Avenue is right there leading directly to the Magnificent Mile. You're just across from Millennium Park and Grant Park. Depending on your unit's orientation, you might even catch views of Lollapalooza from your window. It's a fantastic residence to call home.

My unit is an older model (not one of the renovated ones), yet the hardwood looks stunning and every appliance and cabinet functions perfectly. The lobby team is incredibly warm and gives you a real sense of security. When I have company over, the fact that they greet my guests and press the elevator button for us is a simple thing, but it really makes 1130 different from other buildings I've resided in or visited. I'm planning to continue my lease at 1130.
