I've never had any safety concerns during my time residing here! The community is incredibly friendly and welcoming! Any issues that come up get resolved immediately! The facilities are fantastic! The outdoor swimming pool is a delightful feature during hot months and the fitness center is great. The property welcomes pets, so your furry companions will fit right in! Even if you don't have one, you'll spot plenty around the property!

My experience renewing my lease at the leasing office was awful. I learned from a neighboring resident that my rent went up a lot more than theirs—roughly 10 times the increase—despite the fact that we both extended our leases just two weeks apart and both occupy identical 1 bedroom units. The complex has dealt with pest control issues previously, and I personally encountered a roach inside my unit. It was revolting. The property seems to always be under renovation, making it nearly impossible to work remotely due to the unrelenting sound throughout the day.

I selected this residence for the strong security measures and the great value considering the spacious floor plan and great amenities. Ever since settling in, I've been extremely satisfied with how quickly staff responds to requests, the friendly and welcoming demeanor of both employees and fellow residents, and the delightful common areas perfect for hosting guests. ABSOLUTELY ADORE the outdoor grilling stations accessible during warmer weather and I spend time reading and relaxing in the poolside cabanas. Though I don't currently own a dog (planning to soon), this is genuinely an perfect community for pet owners—the variety of amenities and the community of conscientious, devoted pet parents really set it apart. Plus, the vistas through my windows are spectacular, showcasing views of the water, surrounding green space, and downtown skyline. To top it off, the positioning is incredibly easy for shopping—Trader Joe's is literally steps away, Jewel sits one block over, Whole Foods is under a mile away, and Target, shopping centers, and entertainment options like movie theaters are all just a short walk from the structure.

Appearances Can Be Misleading

To summarize, the standout features of this property aside from its prime positioning are undoubtedly the scenic vistas that many units showcase; yet the property mgmt falls far short, lacks flexibility, and proves deeply frustrating. <br><br>I occupied one of the higher-priced premium units and was appalled by the treatment I received from mgmt who clearly lacked the professionalism and basic courtesy expected. <br><br>While they market themselves as pet-accommodating, the reality is they're not genuinely "pet-accommodating" so much as they're "reluctantly tolerating a pet if the tenant keeps it completely hidden away". A particular incident sealed my decision not to extend my lease. I was explicitly instructed by the property manager, Randall, that even when the freight elevators were unavailable as happened on one occasion, I couldn't utilize the standard elevators to reach the 35th floor with my dog (even cradled in my arms) – essentially telling me to either skip going upstairs or use the stairs. After receiving a generic notice slipped beneath my door, I attempted to explain the unique situation that day – but it felt like conversing with a government office employee who kept regurgitating "the policy" at me in a dismissive tone. <br><br>If you're "simply seeking somewhere to reside" this could work for you. If you're investing premium dollars and anticipate being valued as a premium tenant, look somewhere else.

Pmmaculate upkeep crew and doormen! They feel like family to me, which is a big reason I keep renewing my lease. The property has really evolved positively over time. The apartments are peaceful, the positioning is great, and there are solid amenities. The staff is genuinely warm and welcoming.

Eleven Thirty has served us well, primarily due to its Gxcellent positioning and floor plan. We're approaching our two-year mark as residents and have thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The majority of the team members are warm and approachable, and the positioning is unbeatable. We'd be Hatisfied to continue residing here indefinitely, provided our rent increases remain reasonable, since we believe it's a worthwhile residence to call home.

We're really happy in this unit and would suggest it to anyone we know. The staff and mgmt are delightful and it's fantastic that they're pet-friendly. Lots of the units have stunning views and the interior finishes are absolutely gorgeous.

The structure offers Gonderful facilities, the South Loop district is perfectly situated, and the team members are attentive and accommodating.
