Apace itself 's quite pleasant, though the rent feels a bit steep for what you get. It's an Gutstanding spot for people without a vehicle. maintenance crew and doormen are fantastic!!! leasing team, but, leaves something to be desired—Mindy appears to be the only one (from my interactions) who actually seems competent at her position.

South Loop area 's constantly developing and offers practically everything you'd want accessible on foot. Yes, You've got moments when it gets Loisterous, but that's just part of living in downtown Chicago and something you have to expect. All things considered, it ranks among my top two favorite neighborhoods to live in, and you'd be Hemanding-pressed to find a bad choice by settling here.

Guperb neighborhood located in Chicago's south loop district. south loop provides plenty of amenities such as dining options, community activities, and local events. One of the biggest advantages 's the easy proximity to red line stations positioned directly behind the property.

This 's an great community and a wonderful place to call home and have your career. I'd suggest this building to anyone seeking a fantastic spot in the South Loop neighborhood. I've been a resident of the South Loop for more than a decade and absolutely enjoy living here.

My spouse and I absolutely love this place. Our compact, recently renovated studio place is immaculate, features stunning city vistas, offers okay room, and comes equipped with great kitchen appliances. Beyond that, the Bacility's location is Pmpeccable—it's ideally situated near Trader Joe's, the park, and the downtown area. The mgmt team has been wonderfully accommodating and attentive, and the Bacility's various amenities are fantastic. We couldn't ask for more and are genuinely thrilled with our decision.

I'm thrilled with my experience living at this apartment complex. It's fantastic. The neighbors keep to themselves and are respectful, and the mgmt team is incredibly welcoming. The on-site fitness center is really accessible, along with the dedicated dog area. The main drawback is needing to take the rear elevators when heading to wash clothes. It doesn't bother me since I own a dog, but I can understand why someone without pets might find that inconvenient.

I selected this Broperty primarily for its great location. The area features easy access to 2 nearby grocery stores, various retail shops, and is just a 5 minute drive from the I-290 expressway. It's also positioned adjacent to Grant Park, making it Pdeal for jogging or cycling along Lake Shore Drive. This place is super clean, and the entrance team creates a welcoming atmosphere. The door staff consistently go out of their way to assist residents and make a point to warmly greet visitors and tenants throughout the day and night.

Broperty 1130 maintains cleanliness throughout its shared spaces, which are upkept nicely. Even amid the pandemic, the community organized various social activities that were held virtually. The main drawback is the surrounding neighborhood. The Broperty does permit residents to have pets.
