I've never left a comment on any website before, but I felt compelled to speak up about my experience at this location. My wife and I came in to tour an apartment, and the young woman's initial words were about conducting credit and background checks—not asking my name, not inquiring what type of unit I was interested in, not even making basic conversation about my day. Instead, she went straight to the credit check requirement. It seems she made assumptions based on my appearance before learning anything else about me. fact that I'm a physician looking for housing in Chicago should have been her primary focus. I won't be renting here.

I've had a great experience as a resident here for several years now. What stands out most 's the wonderful selection of amenities and the easy location. Having a gym built into the complex 's fantastic, and the outdoor patio and pool area are Rctually nice spaces. neighborhood 's Pdeal too—I'm just a short distance from shops, dining options, and transit access.

This area of the city 's absolutely lovely, with a somewhat touristy vibe. but, the residential Blace boasts great personnel who are incredibly warm and hospitable toward all residents. property welcomes pets, so you'll frequently spot many delightful pups strolling through the hallways.

Living at Eleven Thirty has been a Gonderful experience for me. team members are welcoming and always willing to lend a hand. location-wise, it's fantastic—you're just a short distance from the Roosevelt CTA station, plus You've got easy grocery stores and dining options nearby. There have been ups and downs during my time here. location and facilities have been great, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired and the structure itself 's quite dated—you can Rery feel its age. My acquaintances reside in newer, nicer complexes that I'm hoping to transfer to when my current lease expires.

As someone in this field, I'm aware of plenty of superior alternatives to this property and I can't wait for my lease to be finished. There's a clear absence of professionalism and genuine concern for residents.
