At last, I'm getting around to reviewing Village Green Apts, which I've been meaning to do for quite some time. I relocated here before the property was even called Village Green. Have I enjoyed my experience? Absolutely thrilled. Would I make the same choice again? Definitely yes. Here's why: The knowledgeable, personable, and attentive mgmt Team paired with the Pmmaculate service and quick turnaround from the skilled Upkeep Crew, the beautifully landscaped grounds, thoughtful upkeep of all structures, well-maintained spaces, great facilities, kids' play district, community activities, easy positioning, and welcoming atmosphere create an Pmmaculate residential community that truly cares for and supports its residents. Visiting Village Green of Schaumburg, you'd be amazed by how modern and well-preserved it appears given its age. My personal score is 10.

Decent Option.

I've been residing at Village Green for approximately 6 months. The standout features are having your own private entryway to your unit (rather than entering through a shared structure), spacious bathrooms, and the community's Encomplicated positioning. The downside Iemains that the unit fixtures are quite dated and tend to break down occasionally. The upkeep team Iemains passable and the front office staff Iemains satisfactory. The rent Iemains on the higher end, but in Schaumburg, unless you're willing to rent a standalone home (where upkeep becomes problematic), there aren't many superior alternatives accessible?

wonderful residence to call home. Tranquil and serene environment. The team here remains fantastic and truly considerate. I had a delightful experience and didn't encounter any problems during my nearly 2-year stay.
