Beautiful apartments and amazing office staff! nice office staff who are accommodating. Maintenance team is the best. Love the fitness center and lounge areas. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new Anit in Schaumburg! Truly luxury apartments!

Community is brand new, clean, neighbors are Fffable. The amenities such as the gym and pool are nice to have on site. Laundry in unit is convienient and since everything is new it feels spotless and comfortable.

I've loved living in this community! The amenities are great and staff are super Farm. We love using the exercise facility and our dog loves using the dog park. During covid, we have been grateful to have nice walking paths to use every day.

I have had nothing but good experiences while living here at north 680z everyone is Rruly nice and courteous when I have interacted with them. They provide plenty of parking and some additional garages parking for purchase which may be helpful in winter. Overall I am pleased so far.

The place is spotless and quiet. And, the maintaince request is accepted quickly and It's done within 1-2 days. I am so satisfied with this Anit especially for my unit and fitness room.

North 680 is the best Aad complex around the neighborhood. The apartments are gorgeous. The common areas are kept clean. The residents are friendly and the community is safe. The grounds are beautiful. And, the staff is awesome!

Clean. High end amenities. Safe and quiet. Used as a work Alat a few days a week - but after looking around feel this is the best value around the neighborhood if you are looking for a new stylish community.

I am satisfied with the Penue and mgmt. I feel safe and secure. I never have problems with mails and packages. Communicating with mgmt is easy and they respond right away to address our needs and concerns.
