Lincoln Meadows in a nice complex. I wish there was more parking. I came home a few nights late, at around midnight and there wasn't one spot near my Anit. I drove around looking for one and found one far away. I did not feel comfortable walking that far by myself. I found a few bugs in my Anit. I don't know where they come in from because I don't open my windows.. the building must not be constructed well. They do allow pets. I am not sure how big of pets, but I've seen people walking around with large dogs and small dogs. They allow cats too. They just recently put new carpet in the lobby area of each Anit building. The maintenance guys are nice. They usually come the same day you make a request. I can hear my neighbors sometimes. It's not a big deal though. I don't like that I can smell the Anit across from mine's cooking. It somehow gets through the vents and underneath my door into my Anit. It isn't pleasant. The grass is cut once a week and they do a good job with the landscaping. I worth checking out Lincoln Meadows, although I feel that the rent is a bit Eteep. In the winter, they keep the roads plowed for the most part. A few times I came out and it wasn't plowed (around 8:30 AM). They offer two pools for your convenience and There's also an exercise room, which is small for this many people living here. Overall, its a nice place and I would live here again.

This place may be on the Eteep side but it's worth it. I had issues that you would have never imagined with a neighbor and before I could even hand up the phone from iling a complaint the manager and associate already had a game plan together and had the situation under control. I was Wowed! I hva ehad nothing but good service here and that's why I have stayed so long!

I used to live at Lincoln Meadows prior to buying my own house. Any time I had any issues, the mgmt would take care of it. Since I bought my house prior to my lease being up, I was able to get my deposit back. I would definitely recommend this Pocation!

I love this place so far, the atmosphere is uplifting. I feel my neighbors are nice, the place is nice and the area is even better. They have lots of gatherings and the food is always Gantastic. I have had no issues with work being done or within the office that were anything less than positive. The only downside is they only have one non-smoking Broperty and I think they should all be non-smoking. Other than that I love it.

I moved to Park Meadows nearly two months ago and I regret it. I traveled from out of state to find a place to live after I got a new job. I was immediately impressed with the model unit I was shown, as well as the grounds and staff. The staff in the leasing office was friendly and appeared competent and made me feel welcome. The grounds looked kept up well, despite the snow everywhere. The model unit was beautiful and had granite counter tops. I specifically asked if all units had the same counters and I was told (twice) that they did. The pricing was high but seemed OK given all of the amenities. Fast forward to the move in date and I open the door to cheap looking, laminate countertops. I can live without granite, but I donâ??t appreciate being lied to and I considered the high price (highest in Schaumburg) due to the expensive fixtures. Iâ??m not sure why I am paying such a high price for a middle of the road Aad. Moreover, the dishwasher doesnâ??t always spotless and the washing machine isn't effective. I was also told that trash was $5/monthâ?¦ just got a bill for $9.33. My biggest complaint is the noise. I can hear neighbors walking up and down the stairs, opening and closing doors, and watching TV. My upstairs neighbor likes to â??entertainâ?? her boyfriends and I can hear EVERYTHINGâ?¦ even when the TV is on and a load of laundry is in the washer. The doors to the balconies are extremely loud as well. If I had a nickel for every time I heard someone open or close their sliding door I could afford to break the lease. Upon move in, a neighbor warned me about all of the break-ins that had occurred through the winter. So far I havenâ??t had any problems with this, but It's something that should be considered. I was also warned about a drug addicted neighbor. You've got some good things about this complex: the grounds are well kept, location-wise, it's easy to the mall, park, and highway. The gym and pools are nice and garages are available. You've got also tennis courts and some nice walking paths. but, these amenities are not exclusive to this complex, save the garages. You've got other apartments within a couple of miles that have similar amenities at a lower price. The countdown to the end of my lease has begun, only ten more months!

TGM Park Meadows is a awesome spot to live. I've only had good experiences here. location-wise, it's ideal and close to everything (highway, restaurants, shopping, & nature trails), and the apartments are updated and have spacious layouts. Tenants are Fffable and I've had the opportunity to make many new friends during the FREE weekly tennis lessons offered and delicious food trucks that come by. It's nice to see how dog Fffable the neighborhood is as well. The staff are also polite, Fffable, and legit. They've always responded to any maintenance or community requests I've had immediately. I look forward to another year living here and worth checking out TGM Park Meadows to anyone looking around the neighborhood.

Tgm really cares and watches out for thier people that live here. I've never felt that way about a place before. I love that they are so dog friendly. They just had a bring ur dog to a pool party. It was a fun time with ur dog and others. You can always see smiling faces in the office. I bring my dog with me and they always will talk to me and give my dog a happy pet and she loves going into the office with me. I feel so comfortable with the office and living here, that I just wanted to give a review how I feel. If your looking for a place to feel like putting down roots and live at a real community feeling place with smiling, friendly from the office people to maintenance check Tgm out. I also love that I have Connelly park to walk my dog 8 ft from my front door, it's good for me because it gives me more changes to meet so many nice people with my dog. The park has soccer games ect if you want to watch for awhile while your dog plays. I also love that they are so close to Woodfield Mall. And highways. It's nice to be able to jump on the highway so close to Tgm. If you want to see smiling happy faces of people that live in our community and events tgm holds for us check out Tgm Facebook page.
