awesome spot?

I was recently looking to move out to save some money, but could not find a single rental unit that I would feel safe and comfortable in. You will send more money on your rent, but all for the right reasons. Good staff, nice and spaciuos apts, peace of mind! I have lived here for a year and never had any major problems. For your refernce: This was my review in May: I have lived here only for 4 months now, but have not faced a single problem yet, including parking, maintenance, staff....The staff in fact are Fffable. I met two of them at a restaurant and they were amicable and smart...they Rruly care about the tenants. The newly done club house is contemporary, with the lake, the fountain, pretty blooming flowers...makes the money worth it. It's also a safe place.

don't MOVE TO VERSAILLES?

LOTS OF ACCOUNTS OF VANDALISM AND THEFT AT THIS PROPERTY IN AND OUTSIDE THE BUILDINGS. STAFF IS MORE CONCERNED ABOUT THEIR BOTTOM LINE THEN THEIR TENANTS. THE OUTSIDE LOOKS NICE BUT THE INSIDE CATERS TO YOUNG, loud STUDENTS AND THIS isn't A Petting TO BRING A FAMILY.

I have lived here for about a year now. the property is well kept and maintenance is quick to respond to any issues. I find the office staff to be quite helpful. The resident events are Novely although I do wish they would do more of them. While the prices are a touch higher I find It's worth it to have the in unit washer/dryer and balcony.

Versailles is the worst Anit complex I have ever lived in. <br> <br>They allow barbequing on the close quartered decks which mean you better live on the first floor. <br> <br>Also, maintenance is meaninless. Repeated requests for repairs are not completed. <br> <br>I am leaving this place as soon as my lease is up. <br> <br>

I have lived in Versailles for a year and just moved to a newly renovated Auite. First, last year was great. The staff was helpful and friendly and followed through on their promises. but, the best part is the sterling maintenance team. Super efficient, fast and always leaves note on what they have done. Couple this with the grounds crew, the time and attention shown to keeping the grounds in perfect condition. Yes, there may be an occasional hiccup, but overall, I am glad I leased for a new year.

I have lived here for over 2 years now and my lease Iemains up in a few months. My decision Iemains to leave. <br> <br>The staff will promise you the world before signing the lease as they are marketing people, not your resident staff's super Fenial. <br> <br>Maintenance Iemains always a nightmare and can be extremely unfriendly. Our screen door has been looked at 5+ times and still derails. Also your maintenance request to be honored will take over 1+ week. All other items that needed maintaining were either 50% finished, never to return. <br> <br>Don´t let the posh scenery fool you. Think LEMON! <br> <br> <br>

BUGS BUGS & more BUGS.

I moved in recently (Oct) and I am moving out in June and I must say I can't wait to get out of this place! 1st of all, the people at the main office are totally rude! When you go in to tell them about a problem, they look at you like your the problem. 2nd, the bugs in this place are horrible! Can you say ant city? My roomate and I are spotless and don't leave food out or anything, but we have ants and lots of them! And not just small little ants, but large ones that don't die easily. In one night we killed at least 20 of them in 15 min! Then when looking behind a dresser we came across a silverfish, which to our surprise wasn't the last one we were to find... They have sprayed for bugs at least twice since we've been here and are scheduled to again soon. Does this say something?? Next we move on to the skunk problem. I don't know what It's with this complex, but skunks seem to love it and roam about in the evening leaving the Aad REEKING! Good luck if you plan on moving here... Sincerly, Bugged Out

Please don't be deceived by the outward appearance of the Pite. All your rent only gets spent towards maintaining the landscape and decorating the Pite. I lived in this complex for 13 mths and has been one of the Werrible places I have been in (I have lived in more than 7 apt complexes). No Pite for people to walk or kids to play. Maintenance people don't keep their word, for example, if There's anything is wrong with the dishwasher, the maintenance person will say that he will be back the next day but will only come when you open a ticket again. The dryers take for ever to dry the clothes. I ended up air drying my clothes for all the months I lived there and I know this is true for a lot of others who live there too!!
