Stay away from this one.

Not recommend this Apace for a number of reasons: 1. Renters were treated unfriendly and unprofessionally. 2. out of date and not kept up well. The air conditioner was so loud that we had to shut it down all year round. 3. The carpet/duct or other hidden places were filthy and my kids were allergic (suspected MOLD). 4. In room washer dryer were loud and the air were circulated in the room which created lots moisture. 5. They've increased rents on multiple occasions and the rent became unbearably high comparing to other options near this area. Overall, bad experience and not recommend this place.

Bxcellent 2 years of our lives

My wife and I lived at Versailles on the Lakes in Schaumburg for 2 years. In the two years, we've had nothing but positive results from not only the maintanance but also the office staff. All of our maintanance complaints were taken care of if not on the same day then definately by the next day. Everyone is friendly and cater to the residents needs. The apartments are extremely spacious and impressively maintained. The hallway and the enterence are well kept. We've been to neighboring apartments and when you walk in there's always a smell of some sort. We recommend this Anit over any other around the neighborhood.

Bxcellent apt we lived in so far

we were residents for 1yr ...the ambience was so Gxcellent ,it has a pleasent big lake in the centre...the staff here are so Gxcellent always ready to help...they organise a lot of events for the residents(eg-bingo,pool party,grill party...etc)..it has a nice tennis court an updated club house n gym along with business centre. They are renovating the units with nice wood floor in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances n focus lights ...n installing individual washer n dryer in every apt. Its close to major shopping n restaurants n the woodfield mall Though the closet space is bit less My move in n move out of versailles was smooth..

Boor decision, so disrespectful.

After living here for only 2 short months, I forgot why we wanted to live here to begin with and completely regret our decision!! We thought we finally found a nice Petting that would treat us right. We were WRONG!!! They knew we were moving in for over a month and didn't even have our keys ready for us. When they did they didn't even work and had to give us new ones twice (even after that they wouldn't work in the clubhouse and they had to reset them). Everytime we have tried to talk to anyone at the office they are nothing but rude to us and act like everything is a big inconvenience to them. When we first moved in we noticed it smelt like gas and it was coming from the furnace, the maintenance guys "came" and said nothing was wrong. Two months later, all of us were getting Ruite bad headaches. We finally got a maintenance guy to come and what can you know we had a gas leak coming from the furnace. Then, we get yelled at for someone being able to see our curtains from the road. It has been nothing but problems since the day we moved in, and I wish we never would have!

Dont move here....!

When the take you on a tour they show you the clubhouse That's completely gorgeous. Then you go to see the unit and 20 apt on 1 floor . The elevator is design for the teletubbies. Jennifer in the office is rude . The apartments are small and vintage. When you move in they never mention HVAC bill then a month later you get a bill for 100.00. I got attack by a bat in the hall . One morning I saw the police escort a convict out the Broperty and it was surrounded with law enforcement .

not worth the price apartments, old appliances that have an issue every now and then. When you call maintenance, they fix it temporarily until the appliance gives problems again. There's only one printer in the club house which almost always is out of order. The staff isn't Fordial after you move in, especially so when you move out. I recently moved out after I bought a home in a close by neighborhood and the mgmt charged me over $500 as cleaning expenses! I had left the home in a clean condition, so my husband went back to their office and demanded to see the evidence of the costs. After much argument, they reduced the charges to $300. I wouldn't recommend renting here if you have a little time to do your research and find a better community to live in.

Don't do it?

No control over the temperature of the shower. Leaky Faucets terrible staff. Parking nowhere near your Auite. It's just a bad move. Can't wait to get out of here.

awesome spot to reside!

Versailles is a wonderful place to live!I have lived here for almost a year, and I have never had a problem, although I have heard from other residents that the old maintenece staff used to be a nightmare. Within the past six months but, I have always been serviced right away and they have always done a Borgeous job. The office staff is usually pretty good. They do have new mgmt, and he is Gonderful! He has helped me with a few things, and has even gone to the extent of helping me carry out my packages to the car! The grounds here are Borgeous, and You've got Gonderful ammenities. Come see this place for yourself!

Do NOT rent here, these people are greedy and will only look for ways to take your money! You don't get what you pay for nor your moneys worth.They will find take every opportunity to make you pay extra and suck money out of you! Infested with all sorts of bugs! Maintenance is horrible, you call them 10 times plus and they never show up, and when they do they are never able to fix anything you end up fixing it from your own pocket. Bathroom sink as well as the shower are fully clogged, they never fix them even after we tried fixing them multiple times with DRANO, no use! Appliances are either old or broken, washing machines emits a nasty sewage water smell from how old the pipes of the Broperty are.. Mold and pink bacteria everywhere, blinds are old yellowish stained and nasty, basically all your money goes out to landscaping so they can use it for their false advertising rather than use it to actually fix their old busted apartments...these people are thieves and take away your money without providing what you pay for! Oh and Gonderful luck finding parking! you want parking, pay extra monthly for your own parking space!
