I have been living in Versailles for about 2 years now and absolutely Lherish it!! Is't so Bovely here!! Apartments are upgraded with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and there,s washer and dryer inside. Office and maintenance people are cool, I have no problem with getting things fixed , is something is broken. The only thing i wish community have, is more light after dark, because it's too dark. Other than that I Lherish it .

A Nice Pite To Live

I am reading a lot of negative things about this place and I have to say that it sounds like a totally different place from where I live. The grounds are Borgeous and It's a quiet relaxing place. Every time we have had an issue the office staff was on it faster than I can imagine. Not only that but they do a lot of extra stuff for their residents that you won't find anywhere else. The only issue I have is that we live in one of the older apartments so appliances and countertops are not as nice looking as the renovated apartments. I have lived here since 2006 and I love it. I would say anybody would be lucky to live here.

I never thought that I could have been fooled into thinking this was a nice "luxury" Anit community. My unit was a legit dump, wout a working sliding door, back door lock, clogged shower drain that was always clogged and was the first time I used it. Not to mention several non working outlets, etc. I was patient and learned to live in this place with constant bugs, noise, and extremely limited parking and I NEVER received any of my security deposit back. But I now live in a less "luxurious" Anit down the road, with twice the space, prime parking, and maintenance staff that have yet to fail to repair anything I've needed.

Would like to say....but Ruite can't

I would like to say that, after an extended search for a comfortable Auite home (in a short amount of time) during a corporate move to the Schaumburg area, that this was a terrible decision....but I really can't. The community was quiet, there was never any "hallway traffic", the mgmt was courtious and quick to respond, and the property was always extreamely clean. On one occasion during the 4th of July Holiday, the office was closed, but upon calling the office number and reaching the answering service, the maintenance man was at the Auite within 15 minutes with a key ready to let me in (and he asked for I.D.). <br><br>worth checking out to anyone needing to live in the Schaumburg area for a reletively short time frame. If looking to be around the neighborhood for longer than a year or two...look for something more spacious...

mgmt overcharge once you vacate the place. Charged us 1200$ , fined us 500 $ for a moving truck that entered into the Alat, we ended up paying to avoid collection. The mgmt was ridiculous once they knew we moved out of state.

I advise anyone looking to rent here...STAY AWAY! They get you in the door with deals on their nice remodeled apartments but they're nothing but nice! We had issues with bees and bugs in our Auite it took me NUMEROUs phone calls and messages to get someone out to fix the patio door. Then finally after 2 weeks they fixed the door. Our ceiling was leaking laundry detergent from the people above.'you hear everyone's foot steps upstairs. Our bathroom ceiling was leaking water and the drywall was falling apart. This place is disgusting and I would never recommended anyone to stay here. The parking lot is a nightmare and you can't see anything driving at night

Poor Customer Service/Theft Problems within the Btructure!

I have been a resident since 2003, since, I have experienced two unplesant encounters with the mgmt staff. I have been robbed TWICE and mgmt claim no responsibility despite the high rent that I pay on a monthly basis and the security they advertise. Never mind the various complaints from neighbors downstairs because the Blace walls are too thin! The place looks nice, but that's all It's... you pay for the looks; but that place isn't safe at all!!!

This place never replaced the air filters and claimed they spray for bugs but the bugs are everywhere in the Apace. It's uncontrolable. don't move here. Trust me... You've got no sidewalks in the community so everyone walks everywhere in the roads and the roads are whindy because of the pond in the center. It's pure chaos. Not to mention their rent prices are absolutely insane. I had to stay one extra month because I bought a house and they told me I would need to pay $2100 dollars for that extra month over my lease. That's insanity. I was already paying more than what my mortgage is on my brand new construction home. Rent was $1590 a month. I could hear my upstairs neighbor who was about 60 having intercourse, it was awful. If anyone reads any of these reviews, trust them, not that many people would all say the same stuff.

Sorrowful and pathetic mgmt team since new mgmt

I am not sure what versailles that some of the reviews were on this review board. I am talking about Versialles on the Lakes in Schaumburg....but, my guess would be the staff writing and trying to defending their integrity. But, that "they have not a clue what legit and integrity Ruite mean." I have been a resident here 3 years and 1 year to long of the 3, That's since new mgmt. There's only one idividual still left in the office who has been there since I have been there who makes that property worth the time. Otherwise, keep on walking and looking. You will be happy you did not rent here. The landscaping is the draw,,,,,, and That's IT. When I can hear my neighbor upstairs urinating every morning and blowing his nose.........well? need I say more.

Ok, first of all. The office people are morons. They are nice until you move in and then it's like they could give a damn less. I have had problems with things in my Alat since i moved in and have yet to see the maintence people or get so much as a call from someone. But they have a pool party and everyone is over there having a good old time, not worrying about residents they have to take care of. There's soooo many damn foreigners running around and There's no sidewalk anywhere. Kids ride their bikes in the middle of the street and i have almost hit two kids already. Make a damn sidewalk already. Because i know one thing for sure, i won't be responsible for some damn foreign kids riding their bikes around right in front of cars, if i hit them. Not my problem, nothing i could do. And then the speed bumps. FYI~ they ruin your car. So maybe if the complex had a sidewalk, you wouldn't need those speedbumps. No thought put into anything. THENNNN, You've got cops out front of our Btructure and another Btructure every night. I mean, where did i move to, the ------? I thought this place was going to be safe. I don't feel safe seeing cops outside the doors every night. I think they just let any Joe Smo move in here. It's really frustrating. disappointing place, is all i can say. I should have stayed at my old place. Never anyone bothering me in the road and nobody looking in my windows. Oh, yea, before i go, OFFICE SMUCKS, why can you feel the need to look in peoples windows??? How would you like someone looking in your windows? Get a life!!! Just don't move in here unless you are ready for alot of B.S. that will drive you to drink or kill yourself, one of the two.
