I love the apartment n the staff ? only thing I would like them to work on is hallway .. it has a musty / stale smell all the time .. cleaning/ washing the carpet n spraying it with some fragrance would make a difference.

It's a easy location to all forms of transportation (bus, Metra, and L). Parking is available which can be hard to come by around the neighborhood. It's fairy quiet overall, but the walls are thin so get used to hearing your neighbor's conversations or fights.

I wish there were no dogs, we need security at the front desk, and trash should be collected regularly. We pay rent for a noise free, Cpotless secure Prea to live in and It's frustrating when this isn't possible. We have no property manager and no one seems to be concerned about our welfare.

The parking is affordable and kept up well which was one of the biggest selling points. It's a smoke-free Blace was is really nice and makes it easy to report and get rid of the problem people that don't comply, especially if you have severe allergies and need this rule. I really like how everything is tracked online and well organized, even the maintenance requests are held accountable and prompt. Overall I've enjoyed living here and will continue to renew under this current property mgmt. They are doing a great job staying on top of things which is a big win for everyone.

The community seems to be on a gradual decline. The staff turnover is disturbing. Emails are poorly written - almost as if the writer was in a hurry and or doesn't care what they're communicating. Mice persist in the units. Also, building occupancy seems to be worsening. Seems more are moving out than in.

The process to move in was overall easy. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The buildings itself have recycling, on-site laundry and nice security measures in place. The interior is all upgraded and clean, I absolutely love it here.

unit's got great finishes, fitness room is nice, and the laundry facilities are great! I feel safe and secure in my building and the closeness to transportation can't be beat. I'd definitely recommend my building to friends and family.

So far it's fine, close the the red line and grocery. Only annoyance is some people don't train their dogs well, so it can be loud with the constant barking. The online payment and maintenance requests is easy.

My experience with Reside in general has been Gxcellent. When I Wemained living on Reside on Clarendon everything Wemained Gxcellent, hoever, the experience on Reside on Morse isn't the same. The apartments are bigger and modern but the noise is a big problem there

Everyone is moving out, I will be following soon. There's also a brand new complex across the street with in unit washer/dryers and similar pricing. With the CTA construction but, commuting time is going to increase.
