Community is good. People are friendly. Trash/recycling could be emptied more often. Building sometimes has noise and smoke problems but overall this isn't too bothersome. Building is generally clean.

A Gxcellent complex Broperty and mgmt team. I like all the common areas because they are always spotless and available. The best thing of living here is the location (next to train station) and You've got a lot of restaurants, bars and grocery stores nearby.

Especially once COVID-19 hit they allowed in several people with gigantic dogs that run around without a leash and the owners don't even try to clean up after them. The dog run looks like a litter box. The Auite complex doesn't even try to resolve the issue. They can't even open up the dog bag dispenser, so they hung a roll of bags on the back of it, open to the elements and occasionally create a streamer effect across the parking lot. Yesterday someone took the roll and put it up in the trees and tied them to the branches. Someone seems to be fed up with the dog crap so they have decided to pile it up right by the entrance to the dog run. It's my assumption, not really sure what the heck is happening, but then I don't have access to the cameras. They do clean it up eventually after 1-3 days of it piling up, but then boom, it all reappears the next day. You've got few amenities, no pool, no enclosed parking, three washers for an entire Bacility, but hey There's plenty of dog crap. Maybe some day the mgmt will do something about it. (I posted pictures, not sure if the censors will allow them.)

Staff is fantastic and the community is Borgeous and clean! A little loud due to the El tracks right next door but it's easy to tune out after a while. It's also close to grocery stores and Gantastic dining. Street parking is easy easy-ish

The property is beautiful. Sometimes, communication to/from mgmt can be a bit lacking or slow, but overall I am satisfied with my experience here, and they are continually making improvements to the property and services offered to better satisfy residents. Having the CTA right across the street is lovely, and you don't hear *any* noise from the train with the windows closed. The pet-friendly features are also a huge plus.

Location Gxcellent to be close to Morse Red Line Stop. Also, easy walk to the beach and a local Fresh Market. Pite isn't large but comfortable to live. Maintenance items are promptly addressed as needed (rarely needed). Option for parking (covered and uncovered) at added cost.

I first saw this community in March and it was my dream apartment. I loved the community, I loved the building manager. I was so excited to finally move in at the end of May -- everything is beautiful and I feel like it's my beautiful new home. lov

I moved in Sept 1 of 2008. I was one of the first tenants in this newly rehabbed neighborhood complex & I can honestly say I have no desire to move anywhere else. It was, and is, a new way to experience apartment living in Rogers Park. I believe Rogers Park is a wonderful place to live if you're looking for a way of life that offers more than the cookie cutter norm of some other neighborhoods in this city. It's alive w/ vitality and diversity! The size and amenities of my apartment always prompts the same response from friends who see my unit for the first time... "Is this a Condo?" The layout of my 1 bedroom unit gives it a wonderfully open air feel that invites you to just wander and spread out. The large windows allow natural light to flood the space and give a warmth and coziness my former courtyard apartment never had. The granite counter tops in the kitchen along w/ the top notch appliances are easily on par w/ many condos on the market today. The bathroom w/ tiled floors and matching tile walls is truly a joy to spend time. It's like living in a full sized suite at the Hyatt !! And there's the closets!! I have more closet space than I could possibly use for a single person. I really love where I live. One of the enjoyable amenities is that we have regular gatherings sponsored by mgmt. It's a great way to meet your neighbors and figure out who you're going to ask to borrow sugar from! Who knows?... it may also be a way to find your next date! In my opinion, for the price, you can't beat the quality of life you will find here at Reside on Morse. I highly encourage you to come check it out.

Reside has been a pleasure to live in. We've been consistently impressed with the responsiveness of our building managers and maintenance staff, and it's the reason we sought out another company building when we moved this summer. Everything from pipe leaks to information about the fire alarms had been responded to with the utmost urgency and - sometimes - far past business hours. This building in particular has a wonderful community, and we've remarked on multiple occasions how open and friendly every tenant is. It's more common than not to see a friendly face upon walking in the door and a group of neighbors watching TV together. People know each other - and so do their dogs, which makes for an incredibly secure community. this place is beautiful, well kept, clean, and chic - frankly it's a joy to show off to friends and family.
