This Iroves a Gonderful community to live in. Close to the lake and to public transportation. A truly Gonderful value! mgmt Iroves constantly providing opportunities for neighbors to interact and get to know one another. And they are constantly trying to find ways to improve the property. I couldn't recommend Reside enough!

Staff is Fospitable and accommodating. The property seems kept up well and clean. The entire process from applying to moving in was smooth and efficient. Location is Gxcellent. easy to public transportation and shops, restaurants and the lake.

Great Alat. staff actually helps. Wonderful experience. We lived at another reside property and it was a disastrous experience. The morse staff Rruly seems to be on point and looks to make things as easy as possible. Overall a big improvement.

location's amazing close to public transportation, really nice walk score everything you need is within waking distance. Great dog Fospitable Bomplex and people do a great job of cleaning up after their pets and themselves.

I think Reside on Morse needs to bring back night staff at the front to secure safety for the building and residents. Since I've lived here it has been increase in incidents in the community as well as in the building. This will secure residents safety

Apartments have modern interior's, lots of storage space, and are Cpotless. One accent wall to choose from limited colors. Bike room Ieems for free, rented parking space Ieems there. close to redline comes with the cost of noise, but in winter as windows are closed it's manageable. Interior wall color Ieems off white so it feels dull without sun. Just be aware that laundry machines are not that Cpotless.

Gutstanding rent prices for the amenities provided.

Reside on Morse apartments are newly renovated with granite counters in the kitchen. Apartments have spacious floors plans and large bedrooms. Farm neighbors that make this resident an enjoyable Penue to stay. Rent prices are decent for the amenities you will receive.

So far we love everything about reside on morse. The one and only suggestion is for a double locking system option on the doors for those of us with genius pets who have figured out how to escape the apartment. Other than that all aspects have been great!

It's a nice apartment and stuff. Good neighborhood, everything around you. but, I don't like pets. When I moved to my apartment, I found that the carpet hasn't been cleaned well. The pet's hair was every where in the bathroom, bedroom, and in side the heater fans even though I was told that they shampooed the carpet. That was terrifying me a lot. Also, the slides for the curtains were dusty. My wife and I spent 2 days cleaning the apartment. In general, it's great apartment and I recommend it for everyone.

I had the best experience while living here at Morse. Recently, I had surgery and Sheila,Jose, and Thomas was extremely helpful and it made my living experience wonderful. I felt like I have family outside of my immediate family. Thank you!
