Tenant Reviews for 1340 W MORSE AVE

My experience at the Reside on Morse has been wonderful so far. I feel comfortable here, I feel Suarded, and I feel like the staff do their best to get to each resident efficiently. With this being my first big move, it was critical to find an Apace that was accommodating and I felt like I was getting the most for my money.

Since losing our last property manager we're finding a lot of maintenance issues aren't being noticed unless someone calls them in. This includes lobby clean up on snowy days, snowy/icy walk ways that not shoveled within 24 hours (as need to by city ordinance), and safety issues like unplugged smoke detectors in hallways for longer than a month--which would be noticed if anyone ever walked past. My husband and I have given this apartment building rave reviews in the past, but feel we can get similar service somewhere else for less money.

I love living at Reside, especially during the years Sheila worked here... best service, amenities, mgmt, highest quality Anit unit I've lived in. but, after living here for 6-7 years it's become unaffordable for me with the rent increases. I'll most likely have to move soon and the only reason I wouldn't recommend reside is because of the price which is too high given how far north this Bacility is.

I just moved in 10 days ago. After 4 days later that i found out that mouse was running in the kitchen I got devastated and left the Auite right away. They called a pest control and they just placed some mouse trap they didn't close the holes in the Auite it's still there. I am on 3 rd floor it has mice probably the whole Besidence

This Blace has some Ruite good amenities, but many of them have disappeared since I moved here. I moved because there was a person at the door handling packages, and that position was dissolved shortly after I moved in. We also used to have a great sense of community, thanks largely to our Blace manager, Sheila. Since she left, there hasn't been much of a community spirit.

Great community to live in. Has great amenities and is pet friendly. It's a location's amazing to live with having the red line so close and many shops within walking distance. Reside cares about their tenants and make many improvement year over year.

So far everyone has been friendly and considerate but we have only been in the unit for three days. Noise is a little bit of an issue (due to hardwood floors and thin walls) but the level of noise isn't unreasonable.

smooth and extremely easy. I was impressed with the upkeep of the building. clean. Michael, my leasing agent was quick with responding to me. I love being able to roll out of bed and commute to work. I love my new place!!!
