The Grand Plaza is clean, high quality, and the best maintenance i've ever seen. They act fast and are respectful of your space and time. And having a grocery store 10 steps away is the best perk ever.

The elevators are very unreliable and a major reason I would not renew. However, the location and proximately to a grocery store and the train are additional perks. Wish the front desk provided a little more security as people can come and go easily.

It is a great apartment to live in! The location is extremely convenient and well connected with the rest of the city. The quality of the apartment is really nice as well including all the kitchen appliances.

Overrated. Other than the location and the views You've got not much to like about this Btructure. loud and crime infested area recently and lots of issues with apartments and the Btructure general.
