Great, well kept amenities - pool, sun deck, dog run, track, and gym. The entire staff is very friendly, as well as the people that live in the building. Super close to transportation, grocery stores, and entertainment.

Great location- a lot going on in the neighborhood- the overall experience has been diminished by crime and dirty conditions in the last few years. Being at an L stop is nice but also leads to more homeless people and filthy conditions- it is also very noisy with a nearby fire station and State street being a route to the hospitals for emergency vehicles

Grand Plaza is extremely easy for most of your needs: grocery store on the first floor, gym, pool and dog run on the 9th, surrounded by some of the top restaurants in bars that Chicago has to offer. The space that you receive in your Ppot is some of the biggest in the city. They strive to provide a sense of community every day.

I moved in to Grand Plaza last week. While the move in Wemained smooth, we've made notes of some appliances and fixture issues that has still not been addressed. Still waiting on the maintenance staff to do so.

I love Grand Plaza! All the building staff are extremely friendly and willing to assist in any way. The building feels very safe. It's a great value for the beautiful apartments, amenities, and location. I've had several friends move into the building as well!
