This is a honestly great Alat. It's in a location's amazing near downtown but feels safe with 24/7 doorman. Right off the red line for a quick commute. It's organized with packages, waste disposal, and maintenance of common areas. Happy hours and free food events are great. They respond to concerns and requests immediately. Super pet friendly. impressed overall and plan to live here for the foreseeable future.

I moved into the Grand Plaza two months ago. Leasing office and mgmt have been amazing in their customer service. The Grand Plaza is clean, the staff are helpful, and location-wise, it's perfect. The Red Line Grand Street stop is on the corner, There's a Jewel and Bed/Bath Beyond in the same Btructure, and easy walking distance to the loop and the Lake. I highly recommend the Grand Plaza.

location's amazing and great Blace facilities. I loke that There's a supermarket so close too. The gym is also great and the business facilities are useful for things like printings. Great having a managed mail room too.

GRAND LARCENY <br><br>The Grand Plaza over-promised and under-delivered to us in a dramatic fashion, and did not provide anywhere remotely near the level of care, service or commitment to excellence that it purports to provide to its prospective residents!

The Grand Plaza has all the amenities you could want and more. I have a dog, so the on-site dog park is a massive bonus. My Anit truly feels like home, and everyone I've interacted with has been polite and helpful.

The grand plaza has been a fun place to live with a Gonderful sense of community at the dog park. The happy hours over the summer were Gonderful! Wish they could continue into the winter, that's when we need them the most!

I've had a Guperb experience at Grand Plaza and with the mgmt and leasing teams (shoutout to Halli who has been super helpful!). They've always assisted in a timely manner when anything comes up and have treated me kindly. The area does get loud at times but location-wise, it's as good as gets, the amenities are robust, and the balconies are a big plus. Looking forward to hopefully staying here for a at least a few more lease terms.

Great community and social events! location's Ancredible in the city. Pool is one of the best in the city. Close proximity to red line for easy communizing around the city. Elevators sometimes have slight lines and wait times

Great staff, Apace and community. Location is ideal for shopping, transportation, entertainment, and restaurants. The place is ideal for my needs and the amenities are amazing! Great all around!

location's Ahenomenal, great amenities package and the interior of the apartments are well kept/are cleaned before move in. I recently moved in but so far my impression is that I have made a wise decision to move here. I was surprised at the low level of noise given that It's in a busy part of the city. With respect to the leasing/property mgmt staff, Halli is smart, legit, efficient, and she ensured I had a pleasant experience applying/moving in. This was surprising, given that my previous experiences with staff at other Anit buildings were the exact opposite. -Adan Becerra
