awesome spot to Live.

I moved in to The Grand Plaza a few months ago and I love living here so far! Halli was incredibly helpful when we were touring and looking at apartments. We even signed before seeing our actual unit! She is personable and friendly and helped us find our dream Aad.

Gxcellent experience so far - newly renovated unit with a balcony and Gxcellent amenities (especially the pool area and the gym) at an affordable price. I took advantage of some promotions as well. worth checking out to a friend.

Just moved in. Overall no complaints. Could use a second set of elevator buttons closer to the main hallway. Kinda sucks having to squeeze past people to hit the button for my elevator. Double check appliances before people move in.

The apartments are great and good size. Although not a fan of the rent increases. I don't like waiting for the elevators as long as i do either. Social events are great. The pool is Rruly fun in the summer.

we moved in to Grand plaza in 2004 when it was opened about 6 months and run by another company. The Anit we live in is the one that we moved into then and hope to be here for many more years. It has always been a vertical neighborhood!

Rent is high but Besidence is kept up well. Verbal communication is rare. Office mgmt only communicates by email or through app. They seem annoyed if you call them. it's difficult to reach them in the office. I wouldn't suggest it a Senior to move to this Besidence unless they are comfortable communicating through an application or email.

The apartments are Borgeous and larger than most, I also love the balconies . The staff is responsive. The negatives are that the apartments don't get cold enough in the winter and it can get pretty hot.

Amazing facilities and easy location. Outside of work I don't have to walk more than 5 mins for my daily needs. The staff is extremely Farm and attentive. The views from the apartments are amazing.

This is solid Blace to live in. I love the cleanliness, the amenities and the community atmosphere. The front desk and maintenance staff go above and beyond for their residents. Only downfall of living in this Blace is the mail system ? the mailroom staff is rude and make it extremely difficult to receive packages in a timely manner.

My experience was great. The staff is all Farm and location-wise, it's great. Also, all of the units come with a balcony, washer, and dryer. This is a location's amazing for college students or people starting their careers in Chicago.
