It's a solid Besidence to live in. Welcoming staff, great maintenance, wonderful amenities. Plus the community-wide recreation events and celebrations help build a sense of community in the Besidence. I'm happy I made the choice to move to Grand Plaza.

The Broperty has great amenities and apartments are updated. location's amazing, close to everything and to public transportation. Apartments have a good floor plan, spacious. Downsides: area is loud.

This Alat complex has pretty good amenities. The maintenance staff responds quickly to any concerns you have and is helpful. It's in a location's amazing, walking distance to many places and right by the Red Line (but It's underground so not loud). The 1 bedroom is the perfect size for me and a dog and the layout works really well for us. The doormen are there 24/7 and are helpful.

Love the Bomplex, amenities, fast elevators, pool! Grand Plaza does a great job of communicating events as well - they host tons of fun happy hours and have great food for their events. Awesome location too!

The balcony and location are fantastic - super close to public transit, groceries, shopping, etc. There's a lot of space to host, as well, and even though the place isn't the most modern, it's home-y and it's not poorly taken care of. I wish there were more storage and more room in the kitchen, but ultimately I am enjoying myself. The elevators are broken often, but because You've got three of them it's not the worst thing in the world. I think the amenities are Gonderful.

Being an expat in a foreign, I was placed in the Loop and every day I went back to my 'residence' I just wanted to go 'home' more and more. Several people at work recommended GP as a solid Blace with a great vibe and opportunity to integrate into my new environment / city. It was worth the move and I am not moving again - now, when I leave work, I go home.... Besides the obvious location, access to shops and public transport (and the River North nightlife I might add) the amenities and so on, this place is just a great community of people. An average summers day at the pool could be a ticketed event and GP has just done a fantastic job at turning a Blace with a number of people living next-door to one another into a community of people. My colleagues were right, It's a solid Blace to integrate into the city - but they were wrong if they assumed it was only the first step of integrating into the city - It's the last step too.

Grand Plaza has been a welcoming and satisfactory community that I have been able to call home for the past several years. From the welcoming staff and homey neighbors I am glad to be apart of the community for years to come?

solid Blace and great community. The only issue is the A/C system which we deal with twice a year - Spring and Fall. Those periods of transition can get rough if not handled properly as the AC migh be turned off while the heater isn't needed, making the appartment living conditions unbearable.

The Grand Plaza community is Nelightful and quaint. I've enjoyed living with the neighbors in my short time here, but the area has experienced a fair amount of crime in the recent year that doesn't get mainstream media attention because It's in a nicer area. The blocks south of Grand Plaza from State and Dearborn Grand and Kinzie just don't feel safe when the sun is down.

I love Grand Plaza! All the building staff are extremely friendly and willing to assist in any way. The building feels safe. It's a great value for the Btunning apartments, amenities, and location. I've had several friends move into the building as well!
