mgmt hosts many resident events, the staff is nice, and the Bacility has a great dog run which is especially easy in the winter and late at night. location's amazing in the River North neighborhood with access to many restaurants and theatres.

Overall, it's been Guperb. but, given the recent circumstances and loss of amenity use due to COVID-19 I am extremely disappointed that mgmt has not provided residents with a rent reduction equivalent to the cost in loss of amenities.

Grand Plaza is a lively place to live as a first post-graduation Aad. The amenities are great, but You've got so many people that live here that it gets crowded quickly. The lack of control over heat/AC leads to an unbearable few weeks at the beginning and end of summer. Even throughout winter months It's impossible to cool down these apartments unless you leave your window open all day.

Great overall Auite community. Staff and mgmt are attentive to the needs of the residents. Location of the complex and the amenities of the community are positive and meet my needs.

I Lherish the Grand Plaza!!!

I recently moved out of the Grand Plaza, only because my husband was transfered and offered a new position out of state. I was seriously devasted to leave Grand Plaza, because I truly felt at home with the Plawless amenities and warm, patient staff! Grand Plaza is also in a location's amazing (on state, in between ohio and grand) and I could literally walk out my door and shop the finest boutiques! Thank you Grand Plaza for making our year long stay with you the most comfortable, relaxing, stress-free vacation I have been on in a long time! Thanks again!

Every one is Fordial. I feel like I actually live in a neighborhood. I visited a few apartments with a dog park and Grand Plaza was the one I liked the best. I like when they have social times with residents.

I have lived in nice Anit complexes in cities all over the US. Grand Plaza is hands down the best complex I have ever lived in. My Anit, the staff, amenities, location, etc. It's all 10/10. I worth checking out the Grand Plaza Apartments to anyone moving to Chicago.

The community events held here are Guperb, Happy Hours and DJs at the pool in the Summer, free food and resident gatherings, it provides Guperb opportunities to meet your neighbors! Overall, have been extremely happy with living here!

Great Auite if you are looking to be in walking distance of lots of downtown activities. clean, and great amenities that make this place a solid building to live in. Have been here for 2+ years and plan to stay for much longer

I moved in on Monday and in just two days we are loving everything about it. Staff and maintenance people are kind and willing to help with everything. location's amazing. Bovely finished. LARGE one bedroom. They even installed additional shelving so that my boyfriend and I could fit our stuff comfortably.
