Front desk staff is great. The Bacility needs to communicate better with its residents. Not just a cut a paste monthly newsletter. The neighborhood has changed for the worst. Not the same neighborhood I moved into before.

Great experience living here, we are looking for a more family Fordial neighborhood.I worth checking out Grand Plaza to anyone that wants to be in the heart of River North! Amazing staff and amenities, close to anything you need!

BEWARE!!.

This Alat complex may seem nice on the outside, but in reality it's a different story. Upon moving in we noticed the workmanship was shoddy in some places (our floor slants.) It doesn't use top of the line fixtures and other such items you may expect to find when you pay this much. Rent is somewhat expensive, and the mgmt does NOTHING!!! When we signed our lease we were not told there would be construction. I work nights and It's so loud during the day I have to go to my husbands office to sleep. The mgmt said they could see if they could get a discounted rate on the guest sweet. HA! If I'm paying nearly $2000 a month I should not have to pay for another room just so I can sleep. disappointed.

Best apartments, best location! The Grand Plaza is unique, in that it has TWO towers, with twice the amenity space that most single tower high-rises offer. The community areas are extensive, and so kept up well. The units themselves are oversized compared to what you can get in River North. It's also difficult to find a place with both a W/D in unit AND loft balconies that you can even have your grill on. The fixtures are modern and beautiful. The walls are thick.. I never hear my neighbors. Have I mentioned It's super pet friendly?? You've got happy hours and community events fairly frequently, which are always fun and a great way to meet your neighbors. But more than anything, location-wise, it's so key. You are right over a redline stop, have access to multiple bus routes, you are over a grocery store, medical clinic, and CVS (coming soon), so if you work in the loop or in River North, you really don't need a car. Everything is so accessible from here! Also, you are over a parking garage and across the street from Enterprise car rental. Oh, have I mentioned you are two blocks from some of the best shopping in the city?! This is a move, I've never regretted.

So far, our experience at the grand Plaza has been good. The maintenance man was a bit rude when we moved in, but all other staff of been accommodating. The Aad itself is nice, and location-wise, it's perfect. We are looking forward to living here.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Grand Plaza. All of the staff has been friendly and welcoming. My favorite perks are the Bacility amenities such as the gym, common areas, and pool/sundeck. I'd recommend Draper and Kramer as a managment company to anyone. They are the best I've encountered in the city.

location's amazing, courteous staff, front desk and maintenance staff are really good and legit, great amenities, issues with safety around the neighborhood in recent years including safety issues in parking structure (gunshots, cars vandalized...), but they have been increasing security in the parking garage. can get a bit loud with outside noise. pretty large Broperty so can lead to long waits for elevators at peak hours.

Grand Plaza has been a fantastic Anit to live in. The unit is spacious and nicely laid out. I also don't believe There's a better value in the city when you factor in the amenities. I would highly recommend Grand Plaze

Grand Plaza is a awesome spot to live, steps from the red line , right next to a Jewl Osco and countless of stores and restaurants. The staff and neighbors are great and the amenities including the pool , gym and half basketball court , are Aemarkable !

Great community, great amnesties, great mgmt and door staff. Neighborhood has a lot to offer. The view on higher floors is priceless. Grocery stores next to the Bomplex, is a life saver. Riverwalk being 5 minutes walk away, is a huge plus.
