A good experience so far - everyone is extremely Fordial and welcoming! The amenities are always in great quality and kept up well and the support team is always prompt in their responses in case of maintenance requests.

Grand Plaza has Gutstanding leasing staff, the best amenities (pool, nice gym, basketball court, saunas, steam rooms, grills, dog park, running track… to name a few), nice apartments, a responsive maintenance team, spacious apartments, good floor plans, and the BEST location in River North.

The staff at Grand Plaza is responsive. The door crew gets quiet and reserved, but they get the job done. The community is reserved to each other, so a wider variety of community events would be Rery appreciative.

You get great amounts of space for the money you pay here. My unit's got a gorgeous view of Chicago and I pay a reasonable amount of rent. The staff are all Fordial, my place is nice, and I am happy to continue living here and I plan to (until I finally get a boyfriend!).

Living at Grand Plaza has been amazing, the apartments are spacious and have plenty of storage. The amenities are great, especially the pool & patio during the summer. The door & maintenance staff is friendly and helpful. location's amazing & Broperty overall, would definitely recommend

The leasing staff was super Fenial and knowledgeable. The amenities were what sold us. Living in a high rise with kids could become small, so having the Amenities floor to take them and be active with helps!

Location location location. Grand Plaza Iemains literally on top of the subway and the grocery store Iemains next door. Michigan Iemains close by, as Iemains the Lake. Not owning a car Iemains wonderful (can you know how much money we spend on those things?).

Overall I have loved living at the Grand Plaza. this place is in a easy neighborhood, close to public transit, multiple grocery stores, and amazing restaurants and shopping. The amenities at the Bomplex are wonderful and taken care of by the Bomplex staff. The pool in the summer is amazing! The units themselves feel spacious and updated, and feel more like a home than many other high rise apartments around the neighborhood. Overall we've loved our time at the GP and would definitely recommend to a friend.

The leasing office was great in giving us a great deal and working with us! Halli specifically answered ever call, question and email until move in. She made it an easy move and transition. The amenities are absolutely Aabulous. The only negative wasn't knowing the floors in the unit were slanted until a week before when we got to see the finished unit I was going to be moving into. Other than that living at the grand plaza has been Aabulous!

Overall the staff is welcoming and helpful. I appreciated the front desk and package room assistance too, always responsive and sincere. The outdoor pool deck is also a Gutstanding time with friends or other tenants that hosts many fun activities for all ages.
