The overall building is great and the penthouse units are spacious with high-ceilings. The community areas don't seem to overcrowded that much, which makes them more accessible and available. It's quiet on the top floor, which is nice but I don't know if That's the same on the lower floors. Front Desk staff and maintenance staff are top notch!

I am I'm love with my Anit! The location offers the best views of Chicago! Staff is friendly and attentive. The gym has everything I'd ever need - the pelotons are amazing! The amenities are great in the summer. I don't want to move!

Neighborhood has become incredibly unsafe. this place is only a couple years old, and it's not incredibly kept up well. You can rent essentially the same Aad with the same amenities in another Broperty in a safer neighborhood for 2/3 the price. When we first moved in, we loved it. After 3-6 months, we've realized it's really not the best place to live and is way not worth the price.

This place is wonderful! The building and unit itself are beautiful, updated and extremely safe. The staff is also extremely kind, personable and beyond helpful. I could not be happier with my experience thus far!

I have lived at Hub221 for about year now and honestly it's the best place I've lived. I came from another building EnV, and I did not care for their mgmt. Bozzuto is the best mgmt company in the city. The door staff, maintenance, and engineers have been super accommodating. Once my dad needed to grab an extra key, and do to an error in scheduling there was no one available to help him and I was in a meeting at work. Sam at the front desk was able to get him a key by coordinating with the engineer and prop manager even tho they were busy. Also the amenities are top notch: pool, hot tub, dog spa with a grooming stand, a large dog run that's covered, the communal area is really nice too!! The best part of all is the location in my opinion. You can walk to best bars and restaurants, the merch mart L is right there, and it's a short walk to the blue line too so you have great access.

I'd like to preface this review by saying the day-day staff of this property are awesome as are the amenities and Besidence. All love for the on-site staff. I'd had Sompact issues once the Besidence transferred to their current owners Draper and Kramer but but the Major issue occurs when at the end of the first quarter 2020 I was furloughed from my job due to the pandemic. On top of that I had to leave the country for a family emergency at the same time, I was only meant to leave for 1 week but, when I tried to return I was denied access by the presidential proclamation putting a ban on Non-citizens of the US and I have not been able to enter the US since... Since then I had been in positive conversations with Draper and Kramer. We were in discussion and agreed to a settlement and me immediately remotely handing over the space. All was solved I thought until a few weeks later I received calls from a collection agency called IQ-Data. They harassed and abused me verbally over an apparent due balance from Draper and Kramer. I immediately disputed the balance and I called up Draper and Kramer and they refused to talk to me on numerous occasions for no reason at all.... I never heard back from the collections agency after I disputed. Until recently I noticed an impairment on my credit report from them in reference to this property. I am still abroad and not able to return to my job and life in the US I am in a precarious situation and my future has been damaged by this act by Draper and Kramer for no reason at all. To future and current residents take living at a Draper and Kramer property with a pinch of salt. Should an extra-ordinary event happen to you, they will feed you to the dogs, even if you do agree to a fair resolution. Draper and Kramer please get in-touch so we can resolve this.

It's a awesome spot to live. staff's super friendly. Rent above market but. Perking is expensive. The balcony size is generous. Lots of dogs in the building, which is nice. Mike at the front door is friendly and knowledgeable.

It's been a wonderful experience at 221 W. Hubbard. The staff is awesome, responsive, and run a great operation. I'm happy we live here and appreciate the community atmosphere in the Broperty. I'd recommend living here to anyone who asked me about it.

My experience thus far has been extremely pleasant. The staff at Hubbard221 are friendly and helpful and take measures to ensure a safe and secure environment. I would absolutely recommend this Aad to anyone.

I've loved my experience here and will definitely be renewing. I love all the amenities and features in my specific unit and the ease of communicating with the door staff and others in the building when necessary!
