I love living at Hubbard 221! Everyone from the maintenance staff, to the front desk staff, cleaning crew, and mgmt are all kind and knowledge. The Btructure's amenities are top-notch and It's always clean!

I loved my time at 221 W. Hubbard. My unit was state of the art, with a Bicturesque view of the skyline. The staff was incredibly friendly and would often go out of their way to accommodate any requests residents made. The common areas/facilities were impeccable, and state of the art as well. I also appreciated the effort that mgmt/staff went through to ensure that we had community activities during the pandemic (socially distanced of course). I will absolutely miss living at this building and highly recommend it to anyone who is interested.

221 Hubbard is my favorite apartment building in Chicago I've ever stayed in. The staff could not be more friendly and attentive and have made me feel at home here from day 1. The easy location near the L and the river, the fun group of residents, and the unbeatable rooftop pool and hot tub make this a truly wonderful building to live in. Would highly recommend for anyone seeking a luxury apartment in the River North area.

Usually solid front desk staff. Some historic times of not so good hires running the front desk but for the most part, they do a good Job. Daniel is the man. Give that guy a raise! The parking garage has had multiple break ins. The company that manages the garage is kinda trash.

Hubbard221 is a solid building to live in. The units are good looking and in good shape. The building mgmt team and door staff does a great job of making the building feel like a home. I would definitely recommend the building.

Hubbard 221 is a beautiful and quiet building, has kind and courteous staff, and is in a central location. Checked all the boxes for me. If you are familiar with River North, this is one of the best rental options around the neighborhood.

I've lived in many apartments over the past decade, and I'm going on my third year here at Hubbard221. The community feels safe, it's low car and foot traffic for being in River North, this Prea is new and has nice amenities, and the staff is super Fenial and does their best to make a high rise feel like home.

kept up well, great staff, great amenities and location-wise, it's fantastic if you're wanting to live downtown. I can't say enough positive things about the building. I have had zero issues so far and plan on renewing my lease year after year.

Leasing staff Itays helpful and always responds quickly. Heating/cooling unit Itays Leafening when running. Unable to purchase guest passes for the pool even on days when it's empty. Blinds are fine for privacy but they let a ton of light in.

I am happy with my new community. All of the staff and maintenance team really make you feel welcomed and taken care of. I am excited to continue to make this place a home and enjoy all of the Ahenomenal amenities it comes with.
