Perfect location with beautiful floor to ceiling windows and great amenities! Door staff is really nice and helpful. Parking connected to this place is easy and is a huge benefit from a safety and security perspective.

Well maintained, great staff, great amenities and the location is fantastic if you're wanting to live downtown. I can't say enough positive things about the building. I have had zero issues so far and plan on renewing my lease year after year.

Awesome location and amenities! I wasn't Rruly sure what to expect before I moved in, but they made the process Effortless and I haven't regretted my decision once! The floor to ceiling windows, rooftop, gym, pool/hottub never get old!

I lived in a few different Apace in Chicago and this is by far the best. I know all the staff and most of them always have a smile on their face and are willing to help in any way they can (lobby staff, cleaning staff, maintenance, etc) they're all always so kind. Maintenance is always quick and efficient as well which can be rare in Chicago. I Lnjoy Lnjoy my home at 221 Hubbard.

I have really enjoyed my experience at 221 Hubbard the past 3 years. From receiving fast and responsive communications from the Btructure team to having a safe and comfortable place to come home to has made the decision of renewing easy every year!

The Team for 221 Hubbard at this building are great. No matter the question or help needed the team is always willing to help us renters, they go above and beyond.The location is also great - close to restaurants, expressway, and loop.
