This place has been amazing to live at! It had a great community and an amazing working staff. I have been able to really connect with the workers here and make me feel safe and enjoy living here for sure.

The amenities are great for entertaining & always clean and maintained. The staff is so pleasant and always willing to go out of their way to help! The building is walking distance from great restaurants, bars, & the river.

Great apartment, safe and fairly quiet location, and solid amenities. Friendly staff and always clean and well maintained daily. Next to train which can be distracting but good soundproofing because its a newer building

Lovely door staff. Nice amenities great looking apartments. Great location. Pet friendly. Lots to do in the area and fast responsive maintained. The hot tub is lovely and open for a good chunk of the year. Just would be nice if they had blackout curtains in bedrooms facing merch mart. Too much light comes in

It's a beautiful building with a modern sleek look. The amenities are wonderful and the community in this place is nice. The front desk staff is kind and welcoming and I don't have many complaints besides high cost, expensive parking, no free guest parking, and the danger of the area.

I've enjoyed living in this building. Maintenance and concierge folks are always so friendly. Building is nice and kept up. However, rent is high. Tried working with the leasing team to keep my rent after 3.5 years living here and they never would accommodate.
