Usually solid front desk staff. Some historic times of not so good hires running the front desk but for the most part, they do a good Job. Daniel is the man. Give that guy a raise! The parking garage has had multiple break ins. The company that manages the garage is kinda trash.

Great location very convenient to work, activities, restaurants, transit being right on CTA, etc, best front door staff ever - you will not find better, nice gym, reasonable pricing, apartments are pretty well maintained,

221 Hubbard is a very nice place to live. Clean, safe, has nice facilities, and very convenient when trying to get around or out of the city with close proximity to highways and interstates. 10/10 apartment complex

Perfect location with beautiful floor to ceiling windows and great amenities! Door staff is very nice and helpful. Parking connected to the building is very convenient and is a huge benefit from a safety and security perspective.

Really nice and clean modern apartment with excellent staff and amenities. Great location in Chicago. I've enjoyed my time here. The social events are nice and being close to museums, grocery stores, and the heart of Chicago is great.

This place has been amazing to live at! It had a great community and an amazing working staff. I have been able to really connect with the workers here and make me feel safe and enjoy living here for sure.
