My experience living at Hubbard 221 has been good. The front door and maintenance teams are all very respectful and helpful. Issues are resolved in a timely manner. Gym and pool facilities are nice. Great place.

I love this apartment! I moved in just under 6 months ago and have no complaints! The staff is friendly, the location is perfect, the finishes are nice within the unit. As for the common areas, they are maintained very well and the whole building is clean!

Very nice apartment, clean and a professional staff. My wife and I have been satisfied with the residence for a few years now. Shoutout to Daniel at the front desk, he does a great job at taking care of our community.

The building is amazing and I highly recommend it. The staff is incredible and the neighbors are lovely. Everything is new and beautiful. The amenities are lovely and the pool deck is amazing! Highly recommend.

Community is clean and quiet. The staff is exceptional and super kind and a huge part on why I stayed here for so long. The amenities are fabulous. Service requests are finished quickly, desk staff helps me be safe and comfortable, and property management is very kind, patient and communicative!

Great location very convenient to work, activities, restaurants, transit being right on CTA, etc, best front door staff ever - you will not find better, nice gym, reasonable pricing, apartments are pretty well maintained,
