This place is a phenomenal "oasis", seriously living like a queen in the heart of River North! I never want to leave with the Ancredible skyline views through the workout center and Btunning rooftop pool/hot tub/grill area. Can you say "boujee?"!!!

Lherish it here but they increased the rent so much and claimed the another unit with similar layout was the same price. That unit didnt rent for another 6 months. Just not Hoyful with unwillingness to negotiate

Management at 221 Hubbard is unprofessional and disorganized. The building manager (----- -------) communicates in a rude and dismissive manner, making residents feel like an inconvenience for raising basic issues. Responses and problems are handled reactively - if at all. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service is shocking given how the building is marketed. Living here has been far more frustrating than it should be.

I've enjoyed living in this Besidence. Maintenance and concierge folks are always so friendly. Besidence is nice and kept up. but, rent is high. Tried working with the leasing team to keep my rent after 3.5 years living here and they never would accommodate.

I have had a good experience living at Hubbard221. Great building in a perfect location, responsive staff and nice common areas. Have loved my few years of living here. Love my apartment space and feel safe and at home here.
